We cannot live on love and poetry, we need money. Today, with our current economy, we need more than ever to make a living that's why many work as hard as they can to earn a living and put food on their table, but most of them don't see the financial value of their hard work. The truth is that money is everything. It doesn't matter what your profession is: hard work will get you paid. Without money, we don't have much of a chance to live the life we ββwant to live. But Nigeria's economic landscape is changing rapidly, the cost of living is rising and the cost of doing business is rising. What does this mean for working people? For the average person, this means that the monetary value of hard work decreases. With a hard life, our work, relationships and health can be affected by the little things and if there's one thing we can control, that will be our work ethic. People work hard, others don't. I know many people are cynical about hard work, if we put our time and effort into hard work, we also contribute to the economy by helping those around us and making the world a better place. Also contribute to our own personal financial situation because hard work helps us get ahead in life. But It's not always easy to discover that hard work pays off. It's easy for people to buy into the idea of ββhard work and the "grid" without understanding that the monetary value of hard work is not easily quantified. It's hard to quantify the value of hard work because it's different for everyone to assign a money to the gift of giving to someone in need, or the pride that comes with a job well done. It's hard to put a dollar value on the value of a friend who has been there for you and the benefits of doing things with them or the relationships you've built. I took a job at a company I didn't like just to pay my school fees. I was young and naive and I thought I would be paid well for the work I did. In reality, they paid me what I was worth and my work was not worth what they paid me. The monetary value of hard work is about how much work you are willing to put in and how much you are worth. Finally. The monetary value of hard work can be debatable.Infact some even say hard work pays off while others say it doesn't. The truth is that the value of hard work resides in the individual. It is impossible to determine the monetary value of hard work.
