Well, yesterday's game was pretty interesting. The Sixers were up against an absolute juggernaut in the Oklahoma City Thunder, but they really did hold their own and I'm pretty proud of them. They definitely forced the Thunder to try at least. Role players like Justin Edwards and Guerschon Yabusele shined and that was an encouraging thing to see! Guerschon has been such an awesome player this season and I'd love to see him in a Sixers uniform for years to come but, it seems that he is really surpassing expectations and he will definitely demand a lot of money next season. We'll see though. Hope he gets the money he deserves either way. 

I'm not sure it's worth mentioning at this point but, Embiid is going to be out AGAIN tonight. Maxey and George might play but it's still a big question mark at this point. It will be nice to have at least Maxey and George back as the Sixers face division rivals in the New York Knicks who are not as dangerous as the Thunder, but are still a top team and several notches above the Sixers in terms of NBA power rankings. 

The Sixers are approaching the halfway mark of this season and it really feels like now or never for this team. I'm not even sure what to think anymore. There doesn't seem to be any type of consistency anywhere on this team. At least I suppose if there is a sliver lining it is that Jared McCain looked good when he was healthy, and the younger lesser known players are getting a lot of experience and maybe the Sixers can identify key role players going forward either for this season or for the future in general. Basketball as a sport is evolving. Older college players and European players are showing more and more value these days and so, things may seem a bit negative right now on the team but things could turn around quick. Who knows.

Meh. Vibes are weird, but I'm staying loyal as ever!
