Before starting the first projects and orders of the year, I suggest you take a few moments to think about five essential questions for the success of your business.

Do you communicate?
YES . Well done, you have understood that it is an essential part of your development.
NO . Why ? No time, no budget, no inspiration, no interest? Do you already have everything in place? Are you so sure? How do you plan to attract (new) customers if you are silent or if you are resting on your laurels?
How do you communicate? Are you rather:
Traditional  : In your opinion, in your industry, good brochures, advertisements in trade magazines, press articles and participation in trade fairs are sufficient. For the rest, it's the job of salespeople to convince customers. And yet… such an approach no longer meets the expectations of new generations who inform themselves and compare before approaching a salesperson. React quickly and adapt your communication!
Digital  : You are convinced that 21 th  century, a company must have a website, email is the fastest way to reach your customers and prospects. Video, multimedia and e-commerce solutions tempt you. Persevere and budget to grow your fingerprint. You are on the good road.
So-Lo-Mo  : Your sales representatives are equipped with tablets, your site is optimized for any medium, you have discovered local promotions and you are present on social networks. Splendid ! You have clearly made the bet of modernity. Keep going.
Inbound  : your priority is to be seen by as many buyers as possible, whatever channel they prefer, and to attract attention by increasing the number of quality content and distributing it widely. You cultivate real and virtual contacts and you stimulate interaction and action. Finally, you never forget to analyze your results to further improve your business approach. This is ideal!
