A word about me and how to heal yourself (Part 2)

<p>In the first part I've talked about how food we're eating is much more important than average person is aware. It's the number one thing to blame for our health issues, most of them anyway. Concerning genetic predispositions, I view those as 'default settings' and we have the control to change those through our life. How do we change it?</p>
<h3>By eating much healthier foods and controlling our thoughts.</h3>
<p>And it's connected in a way that when we start cleansing our body (with juice fasting and diet changes etc.), our thoughts become much clearer. It's unbelievable how people don't see this. One of the reasons why we don't see it is because of the current food choices that clogs our bodies. Our body adapts to anything and everything while it can and most diseases are body's feedback to us saying we're not doing something right. Most of the time it's the food. It can't be stressed enough.</p>

<p>We're all been indoctrinated on so many subjects in our life and most of you know it. But my gut feeling is telling me louder and louder lately that one of the most important things we've been lied about (if not the nr. 1) &nbsp;are&nbsp;the foods we've been surrounded and fed with. What we eat affect us much more than we think. The saying that 'You are what you eat' is hugely underrated to say the least.</p>
<p>I' recommend <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCwbUZ6a26NzzxkKkiinvyCw">this</a> guy's channel on youtube, he has been a big inspiration lately, so was <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtVzqLs8gPbwhFATIk4dyDA">this </a>guy. Just listening to 2-3 of their videos lights the bulbs seriously. I'll be making my own videos soon, so far I'm practicing with my camera in back yard. I need to work on my expression and confidence in front of the camera :)</p>
<p>By only removing refined sugars (95% of it for now) and most breads (around 90%), I've lost my stomach fat in a month. Gained noticeable levels of energy and calmness. I'm eating different kinds of nuts regularly now by putting them in a glass of water overnight, with some sodium bicarbonate in it, it kills and cleans everything bad there is. In the morning the water is filthy and the nuts that were bad dissolves in the water! The sodium bicarbonate eats those completely! The sodium bicarbonate itself deserves a post about it, maybe I'll write it when I have more experience with it. I'm also using organic extra virgin coconut oil regularly etc.</p>
<p>The juice fasting is my next step. I'm preparing for it and it's the number 1 thing in body cleansing. It's not easy, people don't get how strong are cravings for certain foods. Especially when we have them close by in our environment. When everyone around us are eating that food. But if you persevere, as the guy I recommended looking his channel (the second one) said, you're in for a treat. I already experienced some amazing benefits from diet changes (for the better) and supplements, plus doing regular enemas and cold showers lately.</p>
<p>I have just started. Scratched the surface. The road is long and I'm pumped. Clarity of body is the base for clarity of mind, so the body cleanse should be our top priority, since we use our mind for everything. It all starts from mind, all our thoughts. And consequently, all our actions.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Needless to say, the quality of our life depends largely of our actions. You get the picture.</p>
