Como lo prometido es deuda hoy damos continuidad a nuestra serie de temas, como ya pudieron leer en el titulo hoy hablaremos de este magnífico sistema “el sistema linfático”, así que comencemos. Debemos comprender que el sistema linfático es la agrupación de vasos, órganos y tejidos, que se encargan de drenar los líquidos de nuestro cuerpo, movilizar las grasas que retenemos en el intestino y actuar como defesa ante alguna infección, para entenderlo mejor lo desglose de la siguiente manera:

We must understand that the lymphatic system is the grouping of vessels, organs and tissues, which are responsible for draining fluids from our body, mobilize the fats that we retain in the intestine and act as a defense against infection, to better understand it I break it down as follows:

En su constitución encontramos los **vasos linfáticos** que se mueven por los tejidos del cuerpo, transportando la **linfa**(Líquido coagulable, casi incoloro de la sangre que circula por los vasos linfáticos y se almacena en las venas, cuya función es actuar como intermediario en el intercambio de nutrientes entre la sangre y los tejidos.). En medio de los vasos encontramos estructuras de forma ovalada, muchos ve4ces hemos odio hablar de ellos los famosos “ganglios linfáticos”, un dato curioso es que poseemos aproximadamente 450 ganglios distribuidos por nuestro organismo, solemos verlos reflejados en zonas como la ingle, las axilas, cuello y abdomen. También lo conforman el tracto gastrointestinal, la medula ósea, el bazo, amígdalas y timo. Lo veras reflejado en la siguiente imagen.

Como comentaba al principio posee tres funciones principales, las describiré para que tengas mayor dominio del tema:
**Drenaje de los líquidos** el sistema percibe el exceso de *líquido intersticial*(líquido que se encuentra en el espacio alrededor de las células)., y lo devuelve a la sangre.
**Transporte de grasas** las grasas que se absorben en el intestino son movilizadas por el sistema hacia la sangre.
**defensa inmunitaria** los órganos linfáticos poseen células inmunitarias, en ellas predominan *los linfocitos* (permiten la defensa específica contra un patógeno). los órganos linfocitos se diferenciar en:

Para aclarar hay dos tipos de linfocitos los T(timo) y los B (“bone marrow “, medula ósea en inglés), estos viajan a través de los vasos linfáticos, hasta llegar a los órganos linfáticos (el bazo, ganglio entre otros).El sistema linfático es muy similar al sistema circulatorio, solo que en vez de transportar sangre la sustancia que aborda por sus vasos en la *linfa*. Para concluir el sistema linfático es indispensable e impresionante nos ayuda a transportan las grasas que ingerimos, drena los líquidos de nuestro cuerpo y evita que nos hinchemos, defiende nuestro sistema de que sea atacado por agentes infecciosos, sin duda alguna magnifico. Espero te haya gustado tanto como a mi nuestro del día de hoy, la verdad me quito el sombrero ante el sistema linfático, muchas ni lo suelen nombrar por eso es hora que hablemos más de él ,compártelo con tus familiares y amigos un abrazo grande.

To clarify there are two types of lymphocytes the T (thymus) and B (bone marrow), these travel through the lymphatic vessels, until they reach the lymphatic organs (spleen, lymph node among others), the lymphatic system is very similar to the circulatory system, only that instead of transporting blood the substance that addresses through its vessels in the lymph. To conclude the lymphatic system is indispensable and impressive it helps us to transport the fats that we ingest, it drains the liquids of our body and prevents us from swelling, it defends our system from being attacked by infectious agents, without a doubt magnificent.
