Hi hive Habits Habits feel har to break it but easy to make it. When we do something consistent basis then we form the new habit. Somebody says it will take around 30 to 60 days to form a habit. Habits could be anything it could be seen as a good or bad. We decide which is good and which isn't good. So we can also create a Habit that serve us. I know it's pain in the neck when you try to form a habit that serve you but in of the day it worthwhile. And this habit served you life long. And if you have any habit that doesn't serve anymore then you have a choice to choose another One. First steps start with choice then decision after that action. If you make all wonderful choice and decision but if you did not take any action then your those choices and decisions doesn't work.. Someone say understanding is you learn something when you apply what you understood that becomes knowledge. On the knowledge state you know what works and what doesn't.
