As musicians and content creators on Hive, we constantly yearn for a larger following and audience who would listen to us anytime we publish our amazing stuff. It makes us happy when our listeners give us sweet compliments, when we get helpful feedback that helps us improve, and when we make money off the music we create. 

We occasionally use Twitter, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms to invite people to view our musical videos on Hive in an effort to promote our music and reach a large audience.

Sometimes when we hear about "Leothreads," we may disregard it because we assume that “everything Leofinance must be finance-related.” With Leothreads, however, this is not the case because all types of information and content are allowed.
 
Therefore, in this instance, using Leothreads to promote our music in a distinctive manner offers more advantages compared to doing it on Twitter, WhatsApp, or other platforms.

You can think of leothreads as a musical promotion area on Hive where you can: 

- Grow your audience;
- Share your playable videos with your audience, who then plays them directly and increases the number of views on your videos; 
- Develop your brand and brand tags to increase awareness; and 
- Earn some Hive, HBD, and Leo reward tokens.

### <center>**WAYS TO PROMOTE YOUR MUSIC ON LEOTHREADS**</center>

You can promote your musical video by putting out only the link to the post, and relevant tags.

You can promote your musical video by putting out the 3speak or Youtube link, along with relevant tags. With this method, your audience can easily play or watch your videos directly. 

Remember, you don’t need to write much words as though it were a full 300+ long-form post. Only a sentence is sufficient with relevant tags like (#music, with other particular tags like #afritunes #openmic #hmf #pukumundo #soundmusic).

- If you are new to Hivesigner, put in your Hive username and active key
- Create a password for Hivesigner
