# <center>My Introduction</center>
I hope you are all well. My name is Aftab Irshad and I am Web Developer.Most of my post is about Web Developing. Because most of my interest is in this field.

## <center>What is my purpose in Writting this post?</center>
My main purpose in writing this post is to support new users.I'm not saying that new users should be voted for, but rather that quality content should be voted for, but the point here is that creating an account for new users can be quite difficult. Apart from this, there are many other problems faced by new users.
**You know better than me. I don't want to say anyone wrong here, but I want to say that there should be some videos about Hive where users can learn. If we look at it that way, reading written text is easy, but learning from videos is a little easier and memorizing is also easier. But I am working on making videos. Soon I will upload a complete Playit all from which every new user will be able to understand in detail how to login Sinup and how to work. I hope that I will complete this project soon and publish it here. But my senior users who join here should also do the same because having videos in every language will help people of that language understand it quickly. If I make any videos, I will make them in my language which is easy to understand for those living in my country and those who know that language, not for others. But having subtitles here makes it a little easier if a person tries to understand.But here I don't want to talk about this project and I will publish it soon but it was a problem that was presented to the user which I have observed so I published it here.**

*I want to make it clear here that my intention is not to ridicule any team. I know that there are many users in Hive who are working on it and doing their work regularly and bringing high results in it. And maybe they think about it more than me. Here I am sharing my translation of what I have asked new users about what problems they are facing. If you look at it, I am also a new user. I have also faced these difficulties.*
## <center>What Kind of Problem</center>
There are many types of difficulties here, but especially for new users. Let me tell you about them in detail and we should work on them and maybe it is mandatory if we do so then we will be successful in bringing more new users to this platform. I will also share some of my personal experiences here.
#### Acound Creation
The first hurdle for new users on this platform is account creation. I have joined about six or seven users on this platform, but none of them have created their own accounts. They tried but were unable to create an account. Then I tried to create their account, but if I tell you, I also faced a lot of difficulties in creating the account. Many times the OTP does not come and sometimes it happens that the OTP is received but the time to create the account is exhausted. Although I thought I would get enough users to join this platform, which I could have done, the biggest problem I had was in account creation. I couldn't create many user accounts.

**And the few users I had joined on this platform did not receive full support, which caused other users to refuse to join this platform. But the special thing about this platform is that quality content is definitely promoted, but I want to tell you from my thoughts and my experience that new users should be supported because if a new user comes to this platform and makes mistakes, he will definitely learn. If we stop him before he comes, then he cannot stay on this platform for long. You may understand what I'm saying, but I can also understand the problem that if we implement auto-voting, people will increase the scam and create multiple accounts, so we will lose our quality. But I want to say that for this, it is necessary to have a team that supports new users. And I hope that my words will be valued. I will wait for a good result from writing this post.**
#### Best Guidence
I am well aware that there are quite a few excellent guidance posts on this platform, in terms of posts, but it is a bit difficult for new users to find and understand this guidance. And I hope we can solve this problem soon. Here I would like to request those users who can make videos to make and post good videos from which new users can learn.
# RC (Resource Credit) Issue
It can solve all the problems that the user brings to the user. If I have had the most problems and heard the most problems from new users, it is RC Credit. Newly created accounts do not have any high power. Due to the lack of high power, they have fewer RC credits, which prevents them from writing many posts. Almost all of the users I myself had joined on this platform did not tell me about it. I also delegated to many users, but I am a new user myself. How much delegation can I give? I believe that if you solve this problem, I can bring enough users to this platform.

## New User Warning
New users coming here should be warned for making mistakes, not that they should be permanently banned from this community because new users make mistakes most of the time, but I had given complete guidance to all my new users on how to work in it, but still 50 percent of them made mistakes. You know better than me in this matter and are doing a pretty good job, but you need to be a little more lenient.
### I want to bring a lot of new users to this platform and I know I can do it.
I have a school life, due to which I have many friends in school who want to be on this platform. I told you about some of the difficulties and problems due to which I am not able to bring them. But if I really get help to fix these problems, I can bring about a thousand new users to this platform. Because I have already mentioned that I have a school life, I study in college and I have a lot of friends in college, in addition to school friends and friends living nearby, so it is quite easy for me to bring new users to this platform. And almost several friends have told me about it, asking us to join this platform too.
**I tried my best for this. I even printed a page for new users so that the user would not have any difficulty in seeing the introduction post.**
And some users in Hive Pakistan also submitted their introduction posts through this page.
I really want to bring new users to this platform. I have about 1500 prints of this page that I can give to the users. But the real problem is these problems. So I need your help in this.
