The currencies they will post on their platform will be available to the masses. If this really happens, the market will enter the end of the second stage - mass addoption.

This will be a very great idea if they do because of many people in the U.S are still doubting cryptocurrency trading and exchange but if a big name like amazon would want to start an exchange then it will be a good one for all of all.

This would be great for cryptocurrencies but bad for cryptocurrency exchanges

That would be really cool if they did, especially if they planned on integrating it with their e-commerce side of the business. I've heard this rumored before but it was pointed out that they might just be buying them so that other people don't use their brand to pull people in. It would mean the end of a lot of exchange coins though.

This is pretty big news. I imagine it will lead to people being able to buy things on the Zon too. Thanks for publishing this news!

If amazon opened a cryptocurrency exchange, I bet they will make it easy for any average Joe to use. This will cause a bull run in any currency listed on the exchange and ripple across the rest of the market as new capital gets poured into the market. This would be huge for crypto!
