Hello Everybody !

As you may have heard about the prices of Steem and Steem Backed Dollars (SBD) have gone up in recent days. Today Steem price is `$2.55 USD` which has shown `12.68% ` increase in it's price.

Well SBD is always showing some good improvement in it's price in recent days. It is now about `$12.60 USD` for a single unit of SBD, with the growth of about `12.04%`.

Currently Steem is on `35` and SBD on `182` in the list of all cryptocurrencies according to the statistics shared by https://coinranking.com.

Well it is indeed a good change in the prices of Steem and SBD, but if you look at the prices of other cryptocurrencies on the list shared by https://coinmarketcap.com and https://coinranking.com, you will see that there are some more new cryptocurrencies too that are above the ranking of Steem and SBD, which shows that there is a collective improvement as a whole from the family of cryptocurrencies.
I can see there are some new cryptocurrencies that I didn't see before are above Steem on the list besides it's low prices from Steem, which shows that this list is not just about price rankings. What I guess from these rankings is that they may have evaluated continuous improvements as a whole and then rank these cryptocurrencies according to it's performance.

I checked into the **Biggest gainers and losers** in the `Trending` tab on Coinmarketcap.com, but still I couldn't find Steem or SBD there.

Which simply tells that there are not big fluctuations in the prices of Steem or SBD. But yeah on the other hand Steem and SBD are slowly and steadily marching towards a higher prices.

One thing which makes Steem and SBD different from other cryptocurrencies is that these are backed by this social website Steemit.com, where people are getting paid for their valuable contents in the form of Steem and SBD. This is what makes us unique, and this is what I am really optimistic about Steem and SBD. But the only thing we need to produce good contents in order to bring value to Steem and SBD by grabbing some good Authors and Readers. This will eventually give us some good traffic and value.

Which says:

This is how others who are not actually on Steemit know about us. But unfortunately many of us still do not mind to produce something good or at least even try to produce something good, but instead keep on publishing trash continuously.
I know there are some good authors too, who are publishing good contents but again they are not getting appreciation. And some are producing low quality posts and buy Upvotes for it, as they think it's an easy way to earn, forget about wasting your time on quality posts.

**But I ask you guys a question**
