I love seeing POB community growing, because we all want its growth. We all have stakes here, lesser or greater but probably everyone here wants POB to flourish.

I wanted to proposed a few things making things sort of more interesting, which could bring more competition. I know probably everyone wants to be in the news, so why not provide users with a chance of exposure.

### Author of the Month

I think we should have a little space reserved for Author of the month on POB tribe, showing which author has made most rewards in the last month followed by others in the list.

This could give authors a boost to try and deliver best from their end. It's sort of an excitement in the community, and we should be trying to bring excitement to the community.

Author of the month may also be allotted with a badge differentiating him from others. Why not ignite others try to get the badge? Eventually this will help bring some good content increasing value of POB.

### Whale's Badge

We know we have a few whales here. I think we must pay respect to them because they have more stakes here and also are helping in running the community. 

Whales must be awarded unique badges, so that they may be given respect and also users may know them easily. This may also sort of give them a sense of accomplishment being at that position.


### The Curator

We also should have a list where we can see The Curator. The Curator must be that user who has done most of the curation on POB tribe for the last month, followed by others in the list. 

This could eventually motivate other users to go and curate some good content. It's a good chance to compensate those good content writers who are left unattended or received little rewards in the past.

These are some of my proposals which if taken into consideration may help our cause.
