Have you ever noticed these random downvotes? These sometimes seem like auto lol. Some acounts don't seem to be shy of downvoting posts. Is this because of the new downvote feature or what? Because these weren't that random before. One more thing, what was the difference between flagging and downvoting? Or what utility this new downvote feature has which was not in earlier flagging 🚩 feature.

As far as I know, the flagging and the downvoting are the same. I have also noticed random downvotes, but mostly from accounts with low amount of Steem Power, for example around 15 Steem Power. These accounts mostly do nothing, only downvoting posts.
