I mean it, thank you, post like this really help minnows like Me to get trough several days of posting and gettin little or none apreciation.
But not every bad leads to bad, kinda like the ying-yang i come up with and idea i'm almost done to help ppl with good content nad little SP o views, but that's just Me, I'm aware that many original posters, potential super minds might decline using steem as it's frustrating not feeling apreciated for our work.

I agree. On one side there’s this wonderful community spirit on SteemIt, on the other hand it seems to be every man for himself. On SteemIt your taught to upvote posts that you think will reach a high payout, in order to make money. That’s one reason why posts by smaller accounts are often ignored.
Also, SteemIt is not different from society. If you have a smaller account, it’s not about what you know, but about who you know.
Every day, hundreds of high-quality posts stay unseen. While many of them may be equal or even better than the posts of some big accounts. That’s the reason so many people quit before they even got started.
I think many of the owners of big accounts have forgotten how much  a small sign of support can mean to people...
The giant in-stream and the truckload of low-quality posts that passes by every day might play an important role too. Scrolling a tag stream to find that one diamond in the rough somewhere between those hundreds of low-quality posts is time consuming, so I assume many people stay with the stream of the people they already follow, so they won’t have to dig through all that crap.

I’m a minnow myself, but I try to help and encourage people where I can. Because I realize the importance of a pat on the back every once in a while..

That’s also why initiatives like for example #newbieresteemday - people helping people to succeed. 

I hope I’ll soon be able to set up an educational and support project for the people with good content that don’t get the attention they deserve...

Absolutely true. The only way we win is together. It is offen a shame how posts of people with little SP are overseen, while other Posts of less quality but from people with +50k SP are upvoted to the skys. 

I would love it If this could change.
