Today i hunt a online tool named as Draw Island which provide an easy interface for drawing different shapes with pencil and it have also different shapes like circle rectangle, you can also use them for designing.
You can also done image editing with the help of Draw Island simply upload your image in Draw Island and perform different editing on image like write text add some more shapes or design to image.you can also make simple Gif with drawing.

Wow, this tool is really cool. You can create gifs as you wish. This is very simple and interesting. Suitable for beginners who don't have drawing skills.

DRAW ISLAND looks very interesting and effective idea to encourage the non-editors to learn editing in a fun way. It could be an awesome platform for the young kids specifically and for all generally as well. Overall, brilliant hunt :)
