Bitterleaf is a very important leaf use for cooking of different kinds of Igbo soup. It's called bitterleaf because the leaf 🍀 is bitter as the name. Bitterleaf can also prevent stomach pains and many other health wahala (problem). In Igbo tribe Nigeria, we don't play with the use of bitterleaf to cook soup 🍲 for public events.

In a few last post, I discussed some tips concerning 😟 bitterleaf. Today, we are talking about how we can protect bitterleaf with animal dump. Previous days, a little child interacted with my first daughter that he saw goat eating bitterleaf from our little farm. My daughter confirmed the incident and we finalized to deal with it with the use of animal dump. Animal dump from cow, birds, and goat can be used to protect bitterleaf from goat. We preferred to use goat dump because we have it near us. We collected a bucket and full it with water. Pour goat dump inside and then allow for three days before we start using it on farm. We used a small container to collect the goat dump from bucket and pour to the bitterleaf leaf 🌿.

**Best waterleaf planting**

If anyone want to get best results of waterleaf  germination, try planting with the stick alone and not with the leaf. The best waterleaf planting method observed is the used of the stick. It's very easy to get waterleaf stick than the one with leaf. People will buy waterleaf and then remove the leaves for soup 🍲 cooking. What I tell you here is that you can get the waterleaf stick from them. Take the waterleaf stick to your cultivated farm. Plant them.

My observation why waterleaf stick is best for planting is because when they're planted, such sticks are easy to receive sunlight, atmosphere, and climate that helps them to germinate.
