Hola amigos deseándoles un maravilloso aquí y ahora!
El capitulo de hoy comienza de la siguiente manera:

Así comenzaban las tardes en el casa de la abuela -Mi mamá Teresa- la matriarca paterna quien junto a mi papá Vito -abuelo- esperaban todas las tardes, luego del colegio a sus 10 nietos.

Todo sucedía en su cocina  donde  pasaba la mayor parte del tiempo entre el fuego, guisos y meriendas. Guardo en mi memoria una en particular, mi favorita;  el chocolate caliente.

Ella lo preparaba tan delicioso, a lo lejos sólo la observaba,  mientras el fuego este encendido no podíamos jugar en la cocina, para evitar accidentes -tan bonita-.  El fuerte sabor a chocolate y canela con un ingrediente secreto que, mientras se enfriaba la taza, iba integrando su sabor haciéndolo más delicioso aún.

Con el tiempo fui adaptando la  receta a mi gusto cambiando la leche entera por vegetal el resto se conversa igual. 

En este tiempo decembrino se remueve la nostalgia por aquellos seres amados que nos acompañan desde el espacio de lo eterno, agradeciendo su presencia como preciados tesoros, tanto como los regalos que adornan a esta publicación, gracias, gracias, gracias...

>So began the afternoons at grandma's house -My mom Teresa- the paternal matriarch who together with my dad Vito -grandfather- waited every afternoon after school for her 10 grandchildren.

>Everything happened in the kitchen  where she spent most of her time between stews, casseroles and snacks. I keep in my memory one in particular, my favorite; hot chocolate.

>She made it so delicious, that from afar I would just watch her, as long as the fire was on we couldn't play in the kitchen, to avoid accidents -so nice-.  The strong chocolate and cinnamon flavor with a secret ingredient that, as the cup cooled, integrated its flavor making it even more delicious.

>Over time I adapted the recipe to my taste by changing the whole milk for vegetable milk, the rest remained the same. 

>In this decembrine season, nostalgia stirs for those loved ones who accompany us from the space of the eternal, thanking them for their presence as precious treasures, as much as the gifts that adorn this publication, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you ....

Abrimos los cocos, sacamos su agua  -nos la bebemos- sacamos la pulpa de la concha la picamos en cuadritos y la llevamos a licuadora para extraer la leche.

En un bol nos espera el cacao, agregamos el azúcar, la maicena y parte de la leche de coco, batimos constantemente hasta integrar sin grumos.

Que post tan lindo @aguamiel, es muy bonito cuando se comparten historias, como esta que nos cuentas de tu abuela. El chocolate siempre será una bebida para construir recuerdos, atesorar momentos y revivir emociones. En cuanto a la receta está estupenda, y lo del ingrediente secreto, es genial, jajajajajaja. Vaya, vaya esto sí que es una gran sorpresa. Ya sabes cuanto adoro el chocolate y hace poco pude comprobar lo delicioso que queda con leche de coco.

Ese trozo de queso sumergido es para delirar, me fascina esa mezcla de dulce y salado, pero en este caso particular, mi fascinación se multiplica por millones.

Recibo tus palabras con alegría la sonrisa en mi rostro...
Estas fechas tan bonitas lo sublime se hace presente recordando con gratitud y profundo amor a nuestros seres amados. 
Mi abuela la maga, con el poder de sus manos, la que volteaba la empanada con sus dedos, de cantos y de cuentos...
Encontrarse con esa sorpresa de queso en el chocolate es absolutamente delicioso de ella lo aprendí, es una de las receta que guardo con amor, pronto publicaré la otra...
