Respiración: 1, 2 , 3, BIENVENIDO. [ESP-ENG]
Feliz de participar en esta iniciativa que nos propone esta maravillosa comunidad #holus-lotus. Les contare mi mirada y una breve práctica de este acto tan sagrado que me conecta con la vida.

La respiración un acto tan simple y natural que nos conecta con la vida, ¡Estoy viva!...  Al hacerlo consciente me conecta con el cerebro, las células, el corazón, las emociones, los órganos, con todo mi cuerpo. 


El ser humano -hablo del ser- que se expresa, que siente, vive sus emociones y en estos constantes cambios, si le prestamos la atención, la respiración es fundamental. Conscientes de formar parte de un todo y ser energía. 


Si estamos angustiados, con rabia o estresados; respiramos agitados, si estamos tristes; nos falta el aire y si estamos enamorados; tenemos exceso y suspiramos...



>Breathing, such a simple and natural act that connects us with life, I am alive!  Doing it consciously connects me with the brain, the cells, the heart, the emotions, the organs, with our whole body. 

>The human being - I am talking about the being - who expresses himself, who feels, lives his emotions and in these constant changes, if we pay attention to him, breathing is fundamental. Conscious of being part of a whole and being energy. 

>If we are anguished, angry or stressed; we breathe agitated, if we are sad; we are short of breath and if we are in love; we have excess and we sigh...

Habitamos un cuerpo y también un espacio formando parte de un todo, donde ese todo es energía. Como lo expresa la física cuántica. 


El biólogo celular Bruce Lipton en su Libro: ***El efecto luna de miel***, menciona: "El ser humano posee múltiples cédulas, son vórtices de energía, es cierto que parece que habitamos un cuerpo físico, pero es una ilusión, somos energía"...    


Contamos con un poder extraordinario en nosotros para cambiar nuestras emociones, incluso para sanar cualquier condición. Esto ocurre cuando alineamos nuestra energía. Como lo afirma Caroline Myss en su libro: ***Anatomía del espíritu*** “somos energía y nos enfermamos cuando no estamos alineados con la mente, cuerpo y espíritu”. 


Todos estamos conectados desde lo más pequeño hasta el inmenso  de las estrellas..

Puedo asegurar los múltiples beneficios al hacer consciente nuestra respiración. Crear hábitos como la meditación, la respiración, el ejercicio, combinada con una alimentación sana, nos ayuda a volver a la calma, a centrarnos y a estar en armonía con nuestra energía.  Nos conduce a tener una mayor calidad de vida. 

Al observar mi respiración en un estado consciente, me conecto con mis procesos emocionales y mentales, reconociendo los momentos de angustia, ansiedad, desasosiego, permitiéndome modificarlos.  Hacer una pausa. Levantarse, retirarse, cerrar los ojos y respirar.

Los cambios y beneficios ocurren poco a poco, con la práctica. Creando hábitos. Dejando a un lado la inmediatez.

###### ***Te invito hacer una breve practica*** - ***I invite you to make a brief practice***


En donde estés ahora, encuentra un lugar y regálate 5 minutos para conectarte con tu respiración   consciente. En esta breve practica ir encontrando los beneficios como la calma, la tranquilidad, la paz.  Teniendo en cuenta que es un proceso que se realiza poco a poco y sus beneficios se logran con la práctica. 


-Colócate en un lugar cómodo, si estas sentado pon la espalda recta y los pies en el piso o si lo prefieres puedes acostarte.

-Cierra los ojos

-Inhala profundo desde la nariz inflando el abdomen retenerlo en el pecho, contamos hasta tres, en ese conteo se hace presente el latido de tu corazón y exhalamos por la boca sacando todo el aire del abdomen, relajando poco a poco nuestro cuerpo, repetimos nuevamente, un mínimo de tres veces.

-Las células agradecidas fluyen por nuestro cuerpo en armonía, el cerebro se despeja tranquilizándose, nuestro corazón se calma y nos quedamos allí con el respirar normal, fluido, pausado, recorriendo todo el cuerpo.  

**La respiración te trae de vuela al aquí y ahora, -Bienvenido-**

>-Sit in a comfortable place, if you are sitting put your back straight and your feet on the floor or if you prefer you can lie down.

>-Close your eyes

>-Inhale deeply from the nose inflating the abdomen, hold it in the chest, count to three, in that count becomes present the beat of your heart and exhale through the mouth taking all the air out of the abdomen, gradually relaxing our body, repeat again, a minimum of three times.

>-The grateful cells flow through our body in harmony, the brain clears calming down, our heart calms down and we stay there with normal breathing, fluid, slow, running through the whole body.
