Addition of "upvotes worth" on "steemit".

#### Components
The Steemit platform is a fast growing site, which gives access to bloggers, writers, and other people to make use of the site, it is built upon the Steem blockchain and also an open source project.

#### Proposal
Currently the platform allows users to each and every user has upvoted a content, and this feature has been very much useful,but the platform could be made more flexible if every worth of an upvote is displayed as well. Unlike on utopian-io, the worth of every upvote and the percentage is made visible, and that contributes to the flexibility of the platform. I propose that the same feature be made applicable and visible to the Steemit platform

#### Benefits
Application of this feature will help every user to know the worth of each upvote that is being recieved, especially when bots are being used for upvotes, this feature will help the user to know the the worth of upvote the bot has dispensed, and also to be able to avoid some fraudulent bots, that receives SBD and does not give the value of the SBD.
