Ladies of Hive #109 Challenge/ If this were my last birthday

Good day wonderful ladies of Hive!
This is my first time posting here on this beautiful community.

This challenge is really thought provoking and it will really make you question hard and internalize deep down your core, not an easy topic to comment about.

I came across this challenge yesterday and you know what, the question what if this were your last birthday. How would you celebrate it and why?

This kept me up all night and kept me thinking the whole day today. I kept asking myself about the topic. I remembered the movie Meet Joe Black many years ago about a very wealthy and successful man being given I think a week before he is taken by Death Himself.

So, I said yah what if today will be my last day here on earth what should I do and how would I want my exit to be?

First thing
Death is an inevitable part of life no one lives forever we all have to go just a matter of who goes first.
I am not afraid of death as long as I am prepared. That's what me and my husband are doing now. We have already paid up both our memorial plans. We are paying now for our life plans in case one of us will go the one's left will have some money most specially our son. He has quite a hefty sum if ever both of us his parents will pass away anytime today. We have prepared some investment plans for him and us already. What we are looking for now is the lot, the memorial lot in the cemetery at least me and hubby knows where our final resting place will be. We have already spoken to the seller and are just finalizing on the price if he agrees on the amount that we asked for then we will buy the two lots with four interments any time soon. So yah, basically I am prepared.
My husband and I thinks differently and that is all for our one and only son. We don't want him to have problems if ever we will be gone.

Now back to the hypothetical question.

I guess I will not sleep anymore knowing it will be my last day.
I wish to be beautiful on my birthday. I would go to a salon and have my make over. I want to look ravishing and just perfect so when I'm inside my casket I am beautiful.
I will have my nails done both hands and feet.😊
I will choose a beautiful dress at least I have the say on what to wear during the wake because my box is full glass so my viewers will see me beautifully dressed and beautifully sleeping with my red lipstick on.☺️

My last birthday celebration🎂🎉🥳
My wish is I want to celebrate it with all my siblings present together,with our parents plus of course with all our extended family like my nieces and nephews.

We are a big family. I am the eldest among eight siblings with four girls and four boys.

It is my dream to be able to celebrate my birthday with everyone complete because ever since we were grown-ups when we have special occasions we were never complete because we all live far from each other. Others also used to work abroad. So whenever we have a get together we always lack two of them.
I have my two siblings living in the same city as me but from different parts. One lives in Bataan, one in Bulacan, one in La Union and two in Cebu city plus our parents are there as well but only my fifth sibling lives with them.

It has been my longing to celebrate any special occasion with them and since it will be my last birthday and I am given all the privilege on how to celebrate it. I want it to be grand of course.
I wish for all of them to be present because the last time we had a get together with our parents present was four years ago when they came for a visit but only four of us my siblings were there so we lack the other four.

I wish to spend it by the beach. In a beautiful beach resort in El Nido Palawan, an island paradise.
We have tables and chairs on the white Sandy beach near the ocean. The feast will be on a sunset setting but the fun and games will be done early afternoon.
We will all do the banana boat ride, the jet ski, the kayaks. Then we will ride on our ATV's on land. Then we will have a lot of games for the kids and for everyone as well.
Since it's my last birthday everything will be grand and just happy

It should be a day no one will ever forget. The fun will be remembered for all generations to come.

Dinner will be served on sunset and it will be sealed with a beautiful fire works display.

I will give a beautiful speech for everyone.

In short I wish to say goodbye with a happy exit. Everyone present and just happy.

In closing
We will all become stories someday, let's make each chapter of our stories worth the read with many wonderful lessons along the way while we are still here now living life.

Be happy and always be grateful for every blessings we receive each day no matter how minute that blessing might be.

Remember we are loved and well-being always abounds.
