 湧水を汲みます。 このためにナルゲンボトルを持ってきました。 このボトルは本当は山登りで使おうと思って購入したものです。 行動食を入れる予定でした。 色んな方の山登りの動画を拝見して、これに行動食を入れているという話を聞いたのです。 ナッツ系のものをこれに入れておくんですね。 柿の種とか。 ドライフルーツとか。 それで、手を汚すことなく飲む様に食べるわけです。 ザックの横のポケットに入れておいてすぐ取り出せる様にするのです。 一度やってみようと思っていたのですが、結局やっていません。 何度か山登りをしていて分かったのですが、私はナッツ系は行動食として欲してない感じです。 ナッツは手軽でそれなりにカロリーがあって行動食に向いてる様です。 しかし、私は喉が乾いた時にナッツはあまり食べられないかな、と（笑） ナッツと水をこまめに摂ると良い、という方もいらっしゃいます。 私はもっと喉越しの良いものの方が向いている様です。 パウチに入っている飲むゼリーとかです。 なので、今日はフツーに水筒として持参しました。  それでは水を汲もうと思います。 このボトルくらいの量があれば、コーヒーには充分です。 ダム湖を見ること。 駐車場の近くのキャンプ場をちょっと見てくること。 その次の目的地がここでした。 水の出ているそばに駐車場があるとは思わなかったのでラッキーです。 これなら慌てずに水が汲めます。 次回に続きます。 <br> <CENTER></CENTER> 無事にキャンプから帰宅して、今自宅でこの記事を買いています。 とても穏やかな気候で、晴れて、風もほとんどなく、快適でした。 もっと冷え込むかなと思っていたのですが、最低でも9℃くらいで暖かでした。 これからもっと冷え込んで焚き火がもっと楽しい季節になります。 <br>  I am glad that you read it :-) 今日も読んでくださってありがとうございます😊 <br/> _This report was published via Actifit app ([Android](https://bit.ly/actifit-app) | [iOS](https://bit.ly/actifit-ios)).
