A secret to a balanced work life, is creating the balance yourself and this is only possible through a schedule. Following a plan and schedule for your day to day activities will keep you in shape and also make you appear organized. This plan includes having a plan for when you will work and when you will reply to mails or social media page. Being organized even includes getting properly dressed before going to a section created for work (for those working from home).

No matter how much goal we try to set, we still fall victims of sometimes eating into our wok hours or not just sticking to the plans and goals we have set, this is because we have not learned to discipline our system to work with our set goals. The body wants to relax, rest and play all the time but we need to re-structure our system in a manner at which it goes with our work.

#### Look out for productivity.
We often push ourselves with so much task in a day beyond our capacity just because we want to achieve more and probably our parents and friends are demanding too much from us already and we have gotten to a point where we feel we should have achieved better but time keeps getting more slow, so we keep pushing and working extra hard without worrying about either we are productive or not.
Productivity is as a result of taking one step at a time and taking that step properly. An example is the project of a house building, building a house requires proper strategizing and analysing how the house is supposed to be structured and designed then coming out with a solid result, a house project is not one that can be rushed into, rushing to finish up the building of a house without considering the quality, will begin to show after some months or years when the house begins to crack. The same policy is applicable to daily goals, the result of the plans we are able to productively achieve today will show through the result we get the following day.
