Hi people, I have been researching and studying a lot about Cardano (ADA) probably because I love the technology behind it's creation and also because of the shock to see survive the market from being newbie as being one of the top 10 Cryptocurrencies in terms of market capitalization for a very long time.

Most of you might know that Ethereum occupies the second position in the Crypto-verse after Bitcoin and it is also the leading platform for decentralized applications (dApps), Smart Contracts and Initial Coin Offerings but Cardano (ADA) which boasts to be the first blockchain project to be built on peer-reviewed hypothetical research and developed from a logical philosophy is currently making waves. Cardano occupies the 8th position based on market capitalization and it looks to be posing a lot threads on the leads with one of its rivals been Ethereum.

# <center> Advantages of Cardano over Ethereum </center>
1. **Cardano’s network system**:
Cardano as a blockchain has a two-layer system which are the Cardano Computer layer (CCL) and the Cardano Settlement layer (CSL). These layers present a means through which changes can be made to the blockchain without the need for a fork as in the case of Ethereum.

2. **Security**:
Cardano operates on the Ourobus protocol which is a Proof of Stake (PoS) algorithm that provides a much better security compared to what Ethereum provides. Futhermore, Cardano is developed by a more secure programming language called **Haskel**.

3.	**The Cardano wallet**:
Cardano’s electronic wallet known as Daedalus is one of its kind in the market. It gives users the ability to activate dApps within the Cryptocurrency’s blockchain. It is very powerful, versatile and safe. Daedalus is capable of detecting when the time on a user’s device is out of sync with the global time and will display an error message asking the user to fix the issue.

Furthermore, Charles Hoskinson, the CEO of Cardano (ADA) was invited to London by Google to discuss about technological advancement that will help both parties. Hoskinson presented a straightforward introduction and functionality of Cardano’s Ourobus protocol. 

Even though no partnership deal was mentioned during the talk, Many are [predicting that Google will patner with Cardano](https://globalcoinreport.com/google-to-partner-cardano-ada-soon/) to replace Ethereum as the preferred smart contracts system provider.
