Arroz Doce - português milk rice 
Heyho guys, I think that almost everywhere rice pudding aka milk rice is prepared the same way, but today I share with you the style of Portuguese arroz doce. It always looks like this here, as far as I know.
If you order it in cafés or restaurants around lisboa it often looks like on my pictures. Sometimes bigger portions. But i prefer this cute little small one. 

#### Ingredients:

500 g rice pudding
800 ml milk
400 g sugar
1 lemon, grate the peel 
1 pinch of salt
A lot of cinnamon
1 ½ liters of water

Mostly it gets served in traditional português dishes. The Portuguese Traditional Pottery is colorful, Tasco Tableware is really one of the styles which everyone knows and it is common to use. Simple ceramic brown dishes/ tableware. Looks a bit like tableware which gets use for Tapas.
