I posted my 24th soup on Christmas Eve, completing the soup advent calendar I was making on [Gohan Power's Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/gohanpower.de) 🙌

Gohan Power originally started as a kids’ food education project in the city where I live, and now we create products and cater vegan meals to show the beauty of cultural food and how delicious vegetables can be.

I also posted the weekly summary of the advent calendar on the Hive Blog, but since there are only three for the final week, I put together the last two weeks.

Soups that are not yet on the Hive Blog will be covered in more detail in future Soup Stories.

## December 15
I introduced an Asian soup base that uses a lot of spices. It can be used for both pho and ramen. It’s the one I serve at the market. I will write more about it soon.

## December 16.
Chickpea soup I learnt from my bean friend. She served it with sauerkraut, which turned to be my favorite.

I learned this soup from an exchange student from Iran who lived in the same dormitory. It’s a classic of my family regardless of the season 😊

Japanese Udon! I love to put kakiage on top. I will write more about it soon as I have recently settled on a way to make dashi broth.

## December 19
Mexican black bean soup. When I lived in the U.S., I was addicted to Mexican food and gained a lot of weight, but maybe this kind of home cooking is healthy 😅 I'll write more about this soup and my thoughts on Mexican food.

This soy milk miso soup has a gentle hearty flavor. It is especially delicious this time of year when made with root vegetables.

## December 24.
Since it's Christmas eve, I brought goulash soup for the last day, which is perfect for this time of year. This year I was able to use my pressure cooker to make this soup extremely delicious. Our Christmas dinner soup this year was goulash soup🎄

When I came up with the idea of an advent calendar of soups at the end of last month, I was a little worried about whether I would be able to finish it, but I was able to successfully publish it until the end. There are still many soups I want to make, such as an Italian soup using pears, and Soup Stories will continue next year.

I would like to make a book of soups based on the Soup Stories I have been writing on the Hive Blog, and I think it would be fun to visit various families to make and eat soup together and keep a record of it. It would be fun to hold a soup festival where people from different countries can bring their own soups, or maybe a charity soup with guest cooks at the market... the ideas are endless.

The cold weather is still continuing. Let's warm up with soup and stay healthy 😊

Gohan Powerはもともと食育プロジェクトとして今住んでいる街で始めたプロジェクトで、現在はプロダクトを作ったり、野菜のおいしさを伝えるべくビーガンの食事をマーケットで出したりケータリングしたりしています。

毎週その週に公開したスープをHive Blogにも投稿していたのですが、4週目は3つだけなので最後の2週間をまとめました。

メキシコのブラックビーンスープです。アメリカに住んでいた時にメキシコ料理に駄々ハマりして大いに太りましたが、多分こういう家庭料理はヘルシーなんですよね😅このスープやメキシコ料理への思いはまた書きます。

クリスマスということで、この時期にぴったりなグーラッシュスープを最後の日に持ってきました。今年は圧力鍋を使ってこのスープをものすごくおいしく作れるようになりました。今年のうちのクリスマスディナーのスープはグーラッシュスープでした🎄

先月末、マーケットのお客さんにもインターネットでお世話になっているみなさんにも何か楽しんでもらいたいなとスープのアドベントカレンダーを思いついた時には、完走できるかちょっと不安でしたが、無事最後まで公開できました。イタリアのナシを使ったスープなど、まだ作りたいスープはたくさんあって、Soup Storiesは来年も続きます。

Hive Blogに書きためているSoup Storiesをもとにスープの本を作りたいと考えているほか、突撃隣の晩ご飯的な感じでいろいろな家庭を訪ねてスープを一緒に作って食べて記録を残ししたらおもしろそう、いろいろな国の人がスープを持ち寄るスープフェスティバルを開催したら楽しそう、マーケットでゲストと一緒にチャリティースープを出したらいいかも…などなどアイデアは尽きません。

まだまだ寒い日が続きます。スープで温まって元気に過ごしましょう💪
