Around two weeks ago, I wrote a post titled "[Let's go for a dental check-up](https://hive.blog/hive-174578/@akipponn/let-s-go-for-a)". Following the check-up, I went to get my teeth cleaned by a dental hygienist. My teeth was cleaned, dental tartar was removed, and had fluoride applied. 

This is a routine I learned from my mother who loved coffee and took many cups while she worked as a translator. 

I made the round trip to the dentist on my bike around 20km+. I enjoyed seeing greens on my bike. It was a really healthy active day.

I'll do check-up & cleaning again in next spring. It is a good investment for my life. I like eating food 😁

I still really like the story about the monster I made with my daughter two years ago.

昨日は定期検診に続いて、歯医者さんに歯のクリーニングに行ってきました。天気が良かったので往復20キロちょっとを自転車で走ってきました。

歯を磨いて、歯石をとって、フッ素を塗ってもらって快適です。自転車にもたくさんのってスッキリアクティブな一日となりました。

元気に長生きするのに歯の健康は欠かせません。また春になったら自転車に乗って検診とクリーニングに行きたいです。

しばらく歯医者さんに行っていないという人は、この投稿をきっかけに歯医者さんに行ってみてはどうでしょう！
