My new kneading system / ミキサーとスタンドがきた！

How do you knead your bread dough? I do with a hand mixer with dough hooks. I do with hands too.

My hand mixer was broken last week. It was probably more than 10 years old. I got it from my partners mother when she get one for Christmas gift. I used it pretty heavily for 6 years. Excuse me, you may not expect to knead that much bread dough in your life.

I was seeing hand mixers and also stand mixer last week as I want to automatize kneading process when I'm busy. Regularly I spend 15 minutes to knead dough. I do it 4-5 times a week or more. It means I spend more than one hour for kneading dough every week, 50 hours for a year. Even I like to knead dough with my hands and happy to see dough becomes smoother and smoother ... but I need an option.

Stand mixers such as Kitchen Aid is one of my dream machines. But they are quite expensive and the bowls are often quite large. One of my friends mentioned it doesn't work for small amount. Hmmm ... my minimal amount is 300g flour. It can be too small.

And also I wanted to have hand mixer anyways for making mayonnaise, baking etc.

So it is a good compromise. It was 30 Euros. If I like it, I still have chance to think about buying a stand mixer during Black Friday and Cyber Monday in November.

I'll use it tomorrow to make toast bread for test run and write my first impression about the machine 😊

パンをこねるのに酷使していたハンドミキサーがついに壊れてしましました。以前から、パンこねに使う時間が気になっていたので（一回15分、週4-5回かそれ以上で、週1時間以上、年50時間😵）、スタンドミキサーも検討しました。生地を手でこねるのも、変化を見ているのも楽しいのですが、忙しい時には機械に任せると言う選択肢がほしいのです。

スタンドミキサーは高いのと、ボウルの容量が大きすぎるかもしれないのと、あといずれにせよハンドミキサーはほしかったので、今回は却下。Amazonを見ていたら折衷案的な商品があったので注文しました。スタンドつきのハンドミキサーです。お値段も3600円くらいでお手頃です。パンを焼きまくることを考えたら悪い投資ではありません。

明日さっそく試しに我が家の定番の食パンの生地をこねてみようと思います。食パンはよく焼くのでプロセスが簡略化されるとうれしいです。
