Soup Advent Calendar 2nd Week / スープのアドベントカレンダー2週目

I've been posting daily on the Gohan Power Instagram since the 1st of this month, sharing soups I've previously written about on Soup Stories here on Hive Blog, as well as new soups.

Having successfully continued for two weeks, I thought it would be nice to share the soups from the second week on Hive Blog as well.

## Dec 8th
One of the dishes added to Soup Stories is an alphabet pasta soup I made when my child caught a cold.

Mafé, which I started making due to a friend who studied Senegal during my time in Kyoto, is a dish in Soup Stories that exudes an exotic atmosphere.

## Dec 11th
Pot-au-feu, often associated with slow cooking, can be made quickly with a pressure cooker. It's a convenient dish that can be left to simmer in a pot even without one. It's especially warming during this season!

## Dec 13th

A classic among classics, Minestrone Soup can be quickly made with canned tomatoes and vegetables. Using beans during this season makes it even more delicious.

Turnip soup is indispensable during the winter root vegetable season. In Germany, the leaves are often cut off and sold, or at markets, they ask if you want to discard them. In Soup Stories, I introduced it in spring combined with asparagus, but on the Instagram Advent calendar, I wanted to convey that the leaves are also delicious, so I introduced it as a whole turnip soup.

Until the 13th, I had been using a flip image format for the Instagram posts, but starting from the 14th, I changed the design due to the Instagram profile page becoming overwhelmed with Christmas trees and the likelihood of fewer likes if the first view wasn't a soup photo. I hope the change works well.

冬の根菜シーズンにはずせないカブのスープです。ドイツでは葉の部分が切って売られていたり、マーケットでは捨てるか聞かれたり。Soup Storiesでは春にアスパラガスとの組み合わせで紹介しましたが、インスタグラムのアドベントカレンダーでは葉もおいしいよと伝えたくて whole turnip soup として紹介しました。

13日までは袋とじ的に、画像をフリップするとスープの写真が出てくるようにしていたのですが、インスタグラムのプロフィールページがクリスマスツリーだらけになってしまうのと、初見が写真でないとイイネが減ってしまいそうなのとで、14日からデザインを変えました。変更がうまく効くといいな。
