Hello, I love those days where I share with my dance friends and this Wednesday was no exception, the truth is that I love these days of dance and I rarely skip them. The energy that dance gives me plus the good vibes of my classmates is unbeatable and to tell the truth I learned to live the dance as if it were for me. As a great friend of mine says, dance classes are "too good" and at the gym we dance on Wednesdays.

Como dice una gran amiga las clases de baile son "demasiado buenas" y en el gym nosotras bailamos los días miércoles.

Living to be happy! and being happy is not an option! these are phrases that I repeat to myself every day, because beyond the problems I have or my mood I learned that life is indeed one and being happy or looking for what makes me happy is the best part of the process, smile and thank God because in this search to find my best healthy version, my best physical version I also found the best version of a strong woman, constant, loving and determined to change for the better from the inside out.
