Let's go people, greetings. I want to share with you a little bit of the good vibes of the aerobic classes in which I participate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the truth is that these classes are ideal to get rid of all the bad vibes that we keep lodged, it can be a product of the so-called stress or when we are far away from our happiness, and about that I want to talk a little because ultimately being happy is not an option because as the song says Tañon (singer) you have to be happy, life is one and you have to take advantage of it because there is no more any. Being happy does not cost anything, happiness is free and we reach it when we find our purpose in life and love who we are and how we are, including all our facets.

Les quiero compartir un poquito de la buena vibra de las clases de aerobic en las que participo los días martes y jueves, la verdad es que estas clases son ideales para sacarse de encima todas las mala vibras que mantenemos alojadas, puede ser producto del denominado estrés o cuando estamos bien alejados de nuestras felicidad, y sobre ello quiero hablar un poco porque en definitiva ser feliz no es una opción ya que como dice la canción de la Tañón (cantante) hay que ser feliz, la vida es una y hay que aprovecharla porque no hay más ninguna. Dancing, singing, laughing, living, sharing, meditating, exercising, practicing an activity you like, finding time to find yourself through the simplicity of life. Without vanities it is better, to give an example: you may think that dressing up on one occasion is synonymous with happiness, but by not doing it connecting your inner self with your outer self you will simply pamper yourself one day and the rest of the days you will walk around with the same emptiness as initially. Happiness should not be just for a little while.
