# <center> NO TIME TO RELAX </center>

We just launched our [VFTLAB](https://www.musicforlife.io/musicforlife/@al-gaming/the-colossus-has-awakened-vftlab-is-here) and is working almost 100%, obviously there are some bugs and issues that will be fixed in coming patch with a lot of updates. Anyways that doesnt mean we have time to say "ok now we can chill", nop!.

We are already creating the announcement posts of new features for the ecosystem and one is the governance, we can use the archon system which seems cool, or something like this:

> governance for the newbies is having the possibility to take part in the decisions for the future of M4L and his ecosystem. Honestly is not a 100% power in governance because you still need to choose between the possibility of what the team can do.

So the idea is to create a new official account, lets call it ***Account x***. Now lets say, we are deciding the rates of comission and earnings for the VFTLAB and the musicians with our coming feature.

So we can open a debate in our discord and a post, asking for proposal for this topic, finally we find 2 "most asked" proposals.

> is just an example.

A) The artist gets 75% of the earnings, VFTLAB will get 25% of which 20% is burned and 5% for development.

B) The artist gets 80% of the earnings, VFTLAB will get 20% of which 15% is burned and 5% for development.

After we announce these popular proposals, the idea is that you can send the equivalent for "$0.50 or $1" in VIBES to this ***Account x*** with a memo including "Option A" or "Option B" and after X time the votes are counted.

- All the votes counts the same as doesn't matter if you send 1000 VIBES your transaction will still count as one vote
- Yep, one account = one vote.
- The VIBES sent to this account will be burned
- The option most popular will be elected and developed.

I like the idea but I don't know about the voting. By this system, someone could create hundreds of accounts and skew the voting. Maybe its because SPORTS and ARCHON use the 51% staked voting for the proposal as a benchmark for accepting a proposal. So those who are more invested in VIBES get a better say.

Liking the idea based on burning and 1 vote per account. I don't know how easy this is but what about having a separate "governance" or "voting" token that has no monetary value that people can use on voting proposals by sending to account X with a memo in? 

You could airdrop this voting token (1 token per account that holds VIBES for example) and then it gets removed after the vote/poll. Set up a new poll, new airdrop of this voting token... 

I'm just thinking aloud, don't know if it will work!

"humilde" opinión. Creo que estás confundiendo muchísimo lo que es un ***negocio*** y una obra de caridad. Además realmente me parece tan ilógico que digas que "tu crees" que lo que estamos generando actualmente es suficiente. ¿Acaso sabes lo que cuesta crear una tribe así, crear un canal de youtube con un branding, crear reputación, tener contactos, contratar devs, ilustradores, y aparte el tiempo que invertimos en esto? Realmente cada palabra desde que llegaste a la plataforma no han sido nada más que ofensas, felizmente el libre mercado te permite elegir otra plataforma si no te gusta musicforlife o el equipo. Nadie te obliga a estar aquí.

Y claramente queremos ganar dinero, como digo esto no es ninguna obra de caridad. Los negocios para mi es ganar dinero generando valor para las otras personas, ayudar a mejorar su calidad de vida y si tienes las agallas suficiente te reto a hacer todo lo que hemos hecho en academia libertad. haha it was an example, if people propose and vote for it, will be 100%. Tho i would recommend at least 1-5% of the VFT that is used for buying to be burned, otherwise mmm inflation haha and the idea is that this activity can have a impact on both VFT and VIBES e.e. I agree that it is 100% for the artist I think that with the commissions earned in VTFLAB it is enough to take part of the profit for the team, since you are giving the impression that you want to take advantage of everything, I think that is not what you preach On your YouTube channel, if you look at everything there is a part for development, heck in a matter of a year this should not be tribe number 2 but tribe number 1 with so much% that development is given participation, I think If you follow what you preach to add more value without expecting something in return, the growth will be exponential, it is like coming disguised as a sheep but with big fangs!

lol i got songs I co-wrote making money and I am on 12.5% of the prs.....everyone takes their cut! But i like what you are saying...I would be rich if I had 100% but also a cut does need to be taken as work is being done.... so maybe 99.9% to artists is fair lol
