Trust the Universe - He Always Has Your Back

Hello, there!
How is life going at your side? I hope that you all are in excellent health, in a state of joy, and happy! 

But, however, life is not always easy - like the waves in the ocean, sometimes big, sometimes small, sometimes flat.  There is up, there is down, and sometimes there is stillness.
Flow with life’s movements – appreciate the movement and the stillness.

I just love your quote as well as your analogy of life's ups and downs being like the ocean waves!
I believe that things happen for a reason, even if it's something unpleasant, but we need to learn to trust that the tide will change and become calm again.
