点赞对Reputation的影响受下面几个因素的影响：

Voting Power： 是 0 - 10000
Vesting Shares：比如 290,074.866102，计算的时候取290074866102

计算 Reward Shares：

Used Power = ((((Voting Power * Voting Percent) / 10000)) / 200) + 1
Vote Reward Shares = (Used Power * Vesting Shares) / 10000

假设 Voting Power 是 9333, 用100%点赞, Vesting Shares是290074866102, 那么在这次点赞中消耗的 Voting Power是：
Used Power = 9333*10000 ÷ 10000 ÷ 200 + 1 = 47.665
Vote Reward Shares = 47.665 * 290074866102 ÷ 10000 = 1382641849.2752

如果作者还没有 reputation，那么作者的 reputation = Vote Reward Shares >> 6
如果作者已经有 reputation，那么作者的 reputation += Vote Reward Shares >> 6
