<div class="text-justify"> Al salir de bachillerato, o de la  educación secundaria, automáticamente se toma la primera decisión importante que definirá cierto camino de  nuestra vida... ¿Qué carrera universitaria voy a estudiar? Usualmente, para determinar o evaluar a esta interrogante, en Venezuela se realiza una prueba de planificación universitaria, o en siglas OPSU. Esta se emplea para ayudar a  los estudiantes a decidir. Sin embargo, muchos estudiantes no continúan con el camino de los resultados obtenidos, por situación económica, por cupos en el instituto o cualquier otra condición... como en mi caso. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> En mi prueba obtuve como primer lugar, relacionado con Ciencias Criminalísticas, pero, según mi edad, no podía optar por ella, pues en ese momento tenía solo 16 años y para ingresar a estudiar esta carrera debía tener 18. Por lo que la prueba oriento los resultados Biología Marina... cosa que ni por mi cabeza se había atravesado. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Obvie totalmente este resultado, y decidí la carrera según mi perspectiva, y "debilidades" y "fortalezas" por lo que para ese momento la mejor opción fue Relaciones Industriales, carrera que continué y en el proceso tuve la oportunidad de ejercer en diferentes empresas, hasta que termine la carrera. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Ahora, después de haber egresado, surgieron varias preguntas, ¿elegí correctamente mi carrera? ¿Realmente me siento plena con mi profesión? ¿Es muy tarde para estudiar una diferente? </div>

<br>

<div class="text-justify"> Debido a estas preguntas hice un análisis y concluí...no me equivoque de carrera, aprendí detalladamente acerca de procesos que probablemente no hubiese tenido la oportunidad de conocer, de participar en ellos y de aplicarlos en mi día a día y gracias a ellos he avanzado, y crecido tanto profesional como personalmente, no hubiese llegado a donde estoy sin esta decisión. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> También llegué a la conclusión, si no me siento plena con mi profesión actual... ¿Por qué dejarlo aquí? Así que decidí continuar mi camino académico. Volví ingresar a la Universidad. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Actualmente, me encuentro cursando el Introductorio para ingresar formalmente a la universidad, y ser un estudiante regular.  Tomando como base mis estudios anteriores pienso optar por una Equivalencia... consiste en la aprobación de materias ya vistas y que coincidan con el pénsum de actividades vistas, con esto espero avanzar algún semestre y enfocarme en materia. Para esta decisión la analicé durante un buen tiempo, y decidí ingresar por la carrera de Contaduría. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> El día de hoy fue mi segundo encuentro en la universidad, ya estoy a dos semanas de culminar el introductorio. El día de hoy fue un día para explicar detalladamente el ingreso de materias en el primer semestre y algunas sugerencias por parte de la facilitadora para alumnos que trabajan y estudiaran simultáneamente. La reunión se llevó a cabo en la biblioteca de la universidad... abundan los libros y todo hechos por los mismos profesores, aunque esta es una extensión, no había detallado un par de maravillas de la universidad, como el cerro Guayamuri un lugar histórico del estado Nueva Esparta, y también una plaza pequeña con un busto del primer rector hace muchos años a tras... así como la primera piedra con el año grabado 1983 como inicio de esta casa de estudios. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Espero, con todo mi corazón, lograr el objetivo de este nuevo año y es formar parte de la universidad como estudiante regular y proceder con las equivalencias, así estaré mucho más motivada. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> When leaving high school, or secondary education, the first important decision is automatically made that will define a certain path of our life... What university degree am I going to study? Usually, to determine or evaluate this question, in Venezuela a university planning test, or OPSU in its acronym, is carried out. This is used to help students decide. However, many students do not continue along the path of the results obtained, due to economic situation, places at the institute or any other condition... as in my case. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> In my test I obtained first place, related to Criminal Sciences, but, according to my age, I could not opt for it, because at that time I was only 16 years old and to enter to study this career I had to be 18. So the test guided the results Marine Biology... something that had not even crossed my mind. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> I completely ignored this result, and decided the career according to my perspective, and "weaknesses" and "strengths" so at that time the best option was Industrial Relations, a career that I continued and in the process I had the opportunity to work in different companies, until the race is over. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Now, after graduating, several questions arose: Did I choose my career correctly? Do I really feel fulfilled with my profession? Is it too late to study a different one? </div>

<div class="text-justify"> Due to these questions I did an analysis and concluded...I was not in the wrong career, I learned in detail about processes that I probably would not have had the opportunity to know, to participate in them and to apply them in my daily life and thanks to them I have advanced, and grown both professionally and personally, I would not have gotten to where I am without this decision. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> I also came to the conclusion, if I don't feel fulfilled with my current profession... Why leave it here? So I decided to continue my academic path. I went back to university. </div>

<br>

<div class="text-justify"> Currently, I am taking the Introductory to formally enter the university, and be a regular student. Based on my previous studies, I plan to opt for an Equivalence... it consists of the approval of subjects already seen and that coincide with the curriculum of activities seen, with this I hope to advance some semester and focus on the subject. I analyzed this decision for a long time, and decided to pursue an Accounting career. </div>

<div class="text-justify">Today was my second meeting at the university, I am already two weeks away from completing the introductory session. Today was a day to explain in detail the entry of subjects in the first semester and some suggestions from the facilitator for students who work and study simultaneously. The meeting took place in the university library... there are plenty of books and everything made by the professors themselves, although this is an extension, I had not detailed a couple of wonders of the university, such as the Guayamuri hill, a historical place of the Nueva Esparta state, and also a small square with a bust of the first rector many years ago... as well as the first stone with the year 1983 engraved as the beginning of this house of studies. </div>

<div class="text-justify"> I hope, with all my heart, to achieve the goal of this new year and that is to be part of the university as a regular student and proceed with the equivalencies, so I will be much more motivated. </div>
