Anyone can change if they desire to. The first step in anything is making a decision to change. Without that decision to change, one is likely to fail in any endeavour that requires change.

I think your posts relates to cognitive biases (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_bias) because these cognitive biases can hold us back from changing.

Would love if you wrote up a post on cognitive biases and your take on them.
