<div class = pull-left> Vale recordar que este Formato de entrenamiento llamado EMOM es de Crossfit dónde hacemos unas cortas repeticiones de 1 o más ejercicios en menos de 1 minuto, si tu tiempo es de 30 segundos, tienes 30 segundos de descanso y la fatiga empezará a hacer más exigente cada Emom, teniendo menos tiempo para descansar, por eso hazlo a tu ritmo💪🔥 </div>

<div class = pull-left> La variación en esta rutina es que haremos  10 EMOM de cada ejercicio seguidos, es decir el primer movimiento es el Animal Burppe one Hand, son 6 repeticiones que debes hacer en menos de 1 minuto, ya sabes que el resto del minuto es descanso y luego arrancas con las mismas 6 repeticiones al iniciar el siguiente minuto y así, hasta completar 10 Emom en total🔥🙌 </div>

<div class = pull-right> The variation in this routine is that we will do 10 EMOM of each exercise in a row, that is the first movement is the Animal Burppe one Hand, are 6 repetitions that you must do in less than 1 minute, you know that the rest of the minute is rest and then you start with the same 6 repetitions at the beginning of the next minute and so on, until completing 10 Emom in total🔥🙌. </div>

<div class = pull-right> 💀Ya to finish this demanding Infernal Training we will do 10 Emom plus 5 Animal Mountain Climbers, where it is very sure that the resting time will be less and less because of the demand of the training, when you complete the 10 Emom, you are ready and you passed the test, I finished with my tongue out and my body on fire of how hot your body gets 🤯💪. </div>
