hasta que sientas que el alma ligera,
que se liberen todas las penas,
tienes derecho a poner rodillas en tierra
y desahogarte en gritos y lamentos.

Llora, llora fuerte y que todos oigan,
pero cuando salga el sol, en pocas horas,
levántate, límpiate el rostro, y sonríe,
aprende de todo aquello que te puso triste,
y toma mi mano, sigamos felices,
que llorar es de humanos, y levantarse de héroes.
