# ***LA PAZ***
Crear tu paz es lo mas maduro que podemos tener , y pedir y necesitar , para una evolución personal , y todos los aspectos de nuestra vida , creo que los regalos mas valiosos a parte de el tiempo , es la tranquilidad , encontrarla hoy en día parece una búsqueda infinita , sin resultados , pero ¿ que nos hace tan complicado encontrarla ? , una pregunta que dejo abierta . Para mi es fácil , nuestro caos es interno , cuando no estamos satisfechos y no sentimos seguridad , no tendremos paz , con nada de lo que hagamos , no tendría sentido y sería esa lucha con los que nos rodean , creyendo que ellos son el problema , que nuestra frustración , ánimo o metas , no se ven hechas , o saboteadas , pero es simple no sabemos canalizar este proceso que es solo de nosotros .
Posiblemente existe otros métodos que nos dan esa respuesta que buscamos , como retiros espirituales , psicólogos , pastillas o yoga , todo los que nos cure el alma o nos acerque a ser mejores personas saludables en cuerpo y alma , entonces creemos que está listo y todos nuestros problemas se resolverán , el alma se cura si la tenemos en paz , y eso pocas veces sucede , el exterior lo arreglamos , este se ve beneficiado cuando estamos completamente felices de adentro hacia afuera . Aprender a perdonar irá vaciando el corazón y eso es la causa principal de nuestro peso , de culpas , resentimientos y desamores , esta carga no solo nos hace frágiles , también infelices .
No sirve de nada seguir guardando esto , cuando tenemos a la mano se felices y estar en paz , hagamos estas paces con el pasado y el presente y busquemos lo mejor para nosotros , y nuestra tranquilidad , que tanto nos cuesta cuidar de todo lo que no es sano . Nuestra parejas , familias , compañeros de trabajo , deben darnos paz y sino exigirla , es primordial para establecer nuestros factores de riesgo y de seguridad . En estos años me he dado cuenta de lo importante que es para mi tener mi centro , mi paz , mi espacio seguro , costandome muchas personas , que no apartaban nada para mi , pero que sean necesarios para mi evolución . Espero que la lucha interna que puedas haber tenido te enseñe a canalizar , pensando siempre en ti primero .

*Creating your peace is the most mature thing we can have, and ask and need, for a personal evolution, and all aspects of our life, I believe that the most valuable gifts apart from time, is tranquility, finding it nowadays seems an infinite search, without results, but what makes us so complicated to find it? A question I leave open. For me it is easy , our chaos is internal , when we are not satisfied and do not feel security , we will not have peace , with anything we do , it would not make sense and would be that fight with those around us , believing that they are the problem , that our frustration , mood or goals , are not done , or sabotaged , but it is simple we do not know how to channel this process that is only from us* .
*Possibly there are other methods that give us that answer we are looking for , like spiritual retreats , psychologists , pills or yoga , everything that heal our soul or bring us closer to being better healthy people in body and soul , then we believe that it is ready and all our problems will be solved , the soul heals if we have it in peace , and that rarely happens , the outside we fix it , this is benefited when we are completely happy from the inside out . Learning to forgive will empty the heart and that is the main cause of our weight, of guilt, resentment, and unhappiness, this burden not only makes us fragile, but also unhappy.*
*It is useless to keep on keeping this, when we have at hand to be happy and be at peace, let us make these peace with the past and the present and let us look for the best for us, and our peace of mind, which is so hard for us to take care of everything that is not healthy. Our partners, families, co-workers, should give us peace and if not demand it, it is paramount to establish our risk and safety factors. In these years I have realised how important it is for me to have my centre, my peace, my safe space, costing me many people, who did not set aside anything for me, but who are necessary for my evolution. I hope that the inner struggle you may have had will teach you to channel, always thinking of yourself first.*
