Hace unos días preparé este delicioso jugo que hoy voy a enseñar como una forma saludable de refrescarse, ya que contiene mucha fibra, potasio y vitaminas muy buenas para nosotros, procedentes de la fruta de la parchita o maracuya, la banana y la zanahoria.
