<div class="text-justify">Ha sido realmente difícil guardar silencio de esta situación, pero cada vez es peor no solo para mi hijo, sino para todos los niños que estudian junto con él, no sé ni por donde comenzar ya que la historia es extensa, solo sé que hemos vivido muchos meses de angustia sin saber si nuestro hijo llegara bien a casa o no.
Toda la etapa de escuela yo sufrí bullying y sabia que cuando tuviese un hijo jamás permitiría que pase por esa situación, pero le momento llego y prácticamente no puedo hacer nada sin ayuda, pero quien se supone debe brindar ayuda no hace nada.

<div class="text-justify">Todo comenzó el año pasado, cuando mi hijo llegaba de la escuela nervioso, estresado, comentaba que un niño de su salón se portaba mal, que lanzaba las mesas, mordía a la maestra, le pegaba a los otros niños, cada una de estas historias que me contaba mi hijo eran en días diferentes, cada vez me contaba cosas peores y me sorprendía que nadie había dicho nada en el grupo de WhatsApp de la escuela ya que mi hijo decía que este niño golpeaba a todos casi diario, finalmente un día una persona escribió por el grupo dirigiéndose a la maestra y preguntándole que estaba pasando porque su hija llego golpeada a casa, enseguida luego de ese mensaje comenzaron mas madres a quejarse del mismo niño.

Each of these stories my son told me were on different days, each time telling me worse things. I was surprised that no one had said anything in the school's WhatsApp group, since my son said that this boy hit everyone almost every day. Finally, one day, someone wrote in the group, addressing the teacher and asking what was going on because their daughter had come home with bruises. Immediately after that message, more mothers began to complain about the same boy.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Fue en ese momento que me di cuenta que la situación era peor de lo que yo imaginaba, la maestra simplemente decidió cerrar el grupo de WhatsApp cuando leyó todos estos mensajes, pero antes de eso logramos entre todas las mamas ponernos de acuerdo para ir a quejarnos directamente a la escuela, lo lamentable es que ese día solamente fuimos 4 personas de casi 30 niños que hay en el salón y la directora no fue porque CASUALMENTE ese día se ”enfermo” TUVIMOS que hablar con su secretaria y la subdirectora, la cual simplemente nos dio palabras de aliento, cada vez me enteraba de cosas peores, cuando tuve la oportunidad de hablar con otras mamas, incluso con la portera de la escuela, todos conocen a ese niño ya que incluso se escapa de la escuela y hace lo que le da la gana, en ese momento me entere que este niño tenia este comportamiento porque sufre de esquizofrenia e hiperactividad.

Unfortunately, only four of us went that day, out of the nearly 30 children in the class, and the principal didn't come because she “happened” to be “sick” that day. We had to talk to her secretary and the assistant principal, who simply gave us words of encouragement. I found out more and more terrible things when I had the opportunity to talk to other mothers, and even the school janitor. Everyone knows this child because he even runs away from school and does whatever he wants. At that moment, I found out that this child behaves this way because he suffers from schizophrenia and hyperactivity.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Después de ese día la directora pauto una reunión con todos, ya sabía que iba a decir pero igualmente fui, en esa reunión supuestamente dejarían que cada uno expresara como este niño ha afectado a nuestros hijos, pero eso nunca paso, la directora no dejo que ningún representante hablara, incluso cuando alguien tomaba la palabra interrumpía, cosa que es realmente terrible siendo la figura principal de una escuela, nos explico que este niño esta enfermo y su madre no lo médica, que no le importa, tambien nos regaño por hablar mal del niño por el grupo de WhatsApp, decía que a ninguna de nosotras nos gustaría que otra mama hablara mal de nuestro hijo y tiene razón, pero nunca hablamos mal del niño, solo comentábamos lo que paso con cada uno de nuestros hijos y como nos preocupa la situación, además si mi hijo tuviese esa condición jamás lo expondría a el y a otros niños, tuviese su medicina y control para que no se altere, en fin, la directora en su reunión prácticamente hablo solo ella, nos dijo maravillas del niño y como solución nos dijo que harían una denuncia directamente a la madre ya que no esta cumpliendo con darle el medicamento al niño.


 

> After that day, the principal scheduled a meeting with everyone. I already knew what she was going to say, but I went anyway. At that meeting, they were supposed to let everyone express how this child had affected our children, but that never happened. The principal did not let any representative speak. Even when someone tried to speak, she interrupted them, which is really terrible for the head of a school. She explained that this child is sick and his mother does not take him to the doctor, that she does not care. She also scolded us for speaking  of the child on the WhatsApp group, saying that none of us would like another mother to speak ill of our child, and she is right, but we never spoke ill of the child. We only commented on what happened to each of our children and how concerned we are about the situation. Besides, if my son had that condition, I would never expose him and other children to it. I would make sure he had his medicine and was monitored so that he wouldn't get upset. Anyway, the principal practically did all the talking at the meeting. She told us wonderful things about the child and, as a solution, she said they would file a complaint directly with the mother since she is not complying with giving the child his medicine.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Y aquí es donde todo quedo en el olvido, ya que nos fuimos confiando en su palabra y que todo se iba a solucionar, la ley en Venezuela prohíbe que un niño sea expulsado, la escuela no puede hacer nada, la denuncia se hizo y simplemente no paso nada, con el tiempo nos volvimos a quejar y la solución fue que la madre tenia que llevar al niño solo 3 veces por semana y solo por 3 horas, con el paso del tiempo la madre dejaba al niño mas tiempo hasta que llegamos al presente y el niño acude todos los días a clases en horario completo, nuevamente nos quejamos ya que incluso ha llegado al extremo de escupir y golpear maestras, a mi hijo le lanzo una botella de agua llena en la cabeza y le pego en el estómago, lamentablemente la situación sigue igual o PEOR y no nos han dado respuesta, conocí a una madre que lleva  a su hija a la escuela únicamente cuando tiene alguna evaluación, del resto no va y se queda en casa ya que la niña esta aterrada de ese niño, tambien intente que todos los padres y madres nos reuniéramos para hacer una denuncia por nuestra cuenta, NADIE quiso hacer nada, incluso hablaron mal de mi por querer hacerle daño a un niño que esta enfermo, cuando realmente buscaba el bienestar de todos.

We complained again because he has even gone so far as to spit on and hit teachers. He threw a full water bottle at my son's head and hit him in the stomach. Unfortunately, the situation remains the same or WORSE, and we have not received a response. I met a mother who only takes her daughter to school when she has a test. The rest of the time, she stays home because the girl is terrified of that boy. I also tried to get all the parents to meet to file a complaint on our own, but NO ONE wanted to do anything. They even spoke badly of me for wanting to hurt a child who is sick, when I was really looking out for everyone's well-being.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Y mi hijo no ha asistido por dos semanas a la escuela por esta situación, hemos trabajado con el en casa, la ley prohíbe expulsar a un niño pero no vela por la paz de los demás niños, la ley no ha castigado a la madre que no cuida de su hijo, no le da medicinas y además tiene una educación terrible en casa porque las cosas que dice ese niño las aprende de algún lugar, pero la ley me puede castigar a mi por no llevar a mi hijo a la escuela buscando proteger su integridad física y psicológica con el argumento de que “le estoy negando el derecho de educación a mi hijo” , estamos preparando una denuncia por nuestra cuenta para al menos tener un respaldo al momento de que nos quieran acusar de negligentes por no mandar a nuestro hijo a la escuela. Llegamos al punto donde cada día que yo dejaba a mi hijo en clases tenia que decirle que se defendiera, que no se dejara pegar, que golpee, se que no es lo correcto, pero nadie más que yo sabe muy bien que la etapa de la escuela es horrible si no sabes defenderte y te dejas acosar.
Tengo claro que el niño no tiene la culpa, pero no puedo evitar sentir rabia, yo me preocupo por mi hijo que es quien me costó (y aun me cuesta) tanto trabajo cuidar, educar y guiarlo por el mejor camino.

We reached the point where every day I dropped my son off at school, I had to tell him to defend himself, not to let himself be hit, to hit back. I know it's not the right thing to do, but no one knows better than I do that school is a horrible place if you don't know how to defend yourself and you let yourself be bullied.
I know the child is not to blame, but I can't help feeling angry. I worry about my son, who has cost me (and still costs me) so much effort to care for, educate, and guide down the best path.</div>
