It is well known that you feel the lack of something when you lose it ... if you were ill, you will appreciate that you are now healthy, if you were not employed you will appreciate that you now have a job, if you were alone, you will appreciate that now you have someone to hug...

- Unfavorable situations reveal the hidden potential. After surviving a difficult test or overcoming an obstacle you become more emotionally strong. It is possible that you have gone through that situation to have unleashed some talents that you would not otherwise have discovered.

- Difficult situations make us to change and to act. Many people prefer to suffer in silence when they are in a difficult situation. But sometimes a crisis or a really difficult situation motivates enough this people to act and make changes.

- Bad situations build our confidence and self-esteem.

- Difficult situations offer us valuable lessons.

- Bad situations give us new opportunities. When a door closes another door opens.
