It is very easy to do. There is a command such as:
/setrole (nick) MASTER
You enter in your chat and send them as a message. This clever link itself will do all the work for You and will report that such and such a person appointed moderator of the chat.
Instead of "(nickname)" enter the Skype name of the person appointed by the moderator. Quotation marks will be removed. For example, my login in Skype: mvbaldan11
So the team will be this:

/setrole mvbaldan11 MASTER

So You make Your team, copy and paste in Your chat. Where you always write messages. Click "Send". That's all. Will see that in the chat there was a message that such and such a person "appointed by the moderator of the conversation." 

Now Your new moderator has equal rights with You to remove users that chat, to adjust their messages or even delete unnecessary messages from the chat.
