for today's #AskLeo, the tag by @acesontop (give him a follow, as he has good content), I will ask you about the current market situation.

With the rising inflation, the price of some assets that I've invested in, have skyrocketed. Unfortunately, crypto was not among those.

Someone, I know, asked me about selling those assets, as they've almost doubled in the past two years. I was thinking to sell them, as with the current situation, we are on a turning point, inflation is rising and money is still cheap, which will probably make issuing of new credits harder, as banks needs to protect themselves. 

Taking a loan now, is like paying much less later, as the interest rate is much lower than inflation, at leats in the Euro zone.

I'm tending to sell now, and invest the profit made in crypto and the remaining cash, in the same asset class, when a good deal approaches. A good deal usual needs some work to be done, but this is what I expect, as work brings value in the end, if done right.

From an economic point of view, high valued or better said pumped assets cover risks, and an exit can be an investment saver. Yes, I want to build a legacy for my family, but I can switch asset classes, and crypto can have a higher weight, as it is undervalued. Of course, there is a lot of rubbish in the crypto world, but on the other hand, so many opportunities.

From an emotional point of view, I tend to wait a little longer or the moment when the right offer is on the table. 

Both don't hurt, but one will be the winning strategy.
