Have you read it? Good, now to my rambling. 

He did something that few of us can do and afford to do, namely, stepping into uncertainty. Well, I'm building two firms on the side of my day job and can't afford to quit, mostly mentally not financial wise.

Almost 5 years ago, I was for 3 weeks jobless. It marks also my birthday on this chain, as the newly found situation forces you to search of alternatives. I wished at the that time to know the things that I know today, as I would have put much more into crypto, not that I'm not doing okay, as the last year has been marvellous, but it might have been even better with the freedom of choice available, what it is all about in the end.

Having the freedom of choice is something that can be scary, but once tried it is getting addictive. Being employed, it is not having freedom, as there is someone that we need to follow from that employed position.

To cut the ties with the false safety of a job is pretty hard if someone is employed over a longer period of time. Some that go directly into business, might have an easier time adjusting, as one person that has been employed for over 10 years will be crushed by such a change. It is admirable to see people succeeding on this adventure.

It is all about mentality and point of view, and this can be changed with either a shock, or a safety net. I prefer the safety net, and crypto can be such a safety net. It can be the fuel for such a major change.

In 5 years, most of us in here, that will stick to it, will not have any issue financially and probably will have the freedom to do everything they want to do.
