I've been a fan of Ray Dalio for a long time. He's controversial because he gets a lot of his information from insiders, but that's life, whoever has the information and connections wins in the end. He has also created a value system in his company that is a big part of his success. I believe that as humans, we should always choose values to shape our lives. We are only on this planet for a short time and with the help of our own value system we can achieve much more. One of my values is that we owe success to the next generations. Everything I do today should help my children and their children.<br><br>
Back to the video by Ray Dalio. It's pretty simple when you define what you want and then solve the problems. He has described a 5 step process that leads to success. The first step starts with clarity. You need to know what you want. Then you should recognise the problems that stand in the way of your goal. You shouldn't tolerate these, but go straight to the third step and diagnose them precisely in order to find the cause. The next step is to solve these problems and the final step is to implement the plans. It sounds easy, but it's not, because you have to know yourself well and put your ego aside. Then learn every step. The biggest enemy in our lives is ourselves, we should always be aware of that.

Ich bin schon lange ein Fan von Ray Dalio. Er ist zwar umstritten, weil er viele seiner Informationen von Insidern bekommt, aber so ist es im Leben, wer die Informationen und Beziehungen hat, gewinnt am Ende. Er hat auch ein Wertesystem in seinem Unternehmen geschaffen, das einen großen Teil seines Erfolges ausmacht. Ich glaube, dass wir als Menschen immer Werte wählen sollten, um unser Leben zu gestalten. Wir sind nur für kurze Zeit auf diesem Planeten und mit Hilfe unseres eigenen Wertesystems können wir viel mehr erreichen. Einer meiner Werte ist, dass wir Erfolg den nächsten Generationen schulden. Alles, was ich heute tue, sollte meinen Kindern und deren Kindern helfen.<br><br>
Zurück zum Video von Ray Dalio. Es ist ziemlich einfach, wenn man definiert, was man will, und dann die Probleme löst. Er hat einen Prozess in 5 Schritten beschrieben, der zum Erfolg führt. Der erste Schritt beginnt mit Klarheit. Man muss wissen, was man will. Dann sollte man die Probleme kennen, die dem Ziel im Wege stehen. Diese sollte man nicht tolerieren, sondern gleich zum dritten Schritt übergehen und diese genau diagnostizieren, um die Ursache zu finden. Der nächste Schritt ist die Lösung dieser Probleme und der letzte Schritt ist die Umsetzung der Pläne. Das klingt einfach, ist es aber nicht, denn man muss sich gut kennen und sein Ego beiseite lassen. Dann lerne jeden Schritt. Der größte Feind in unserem Leben sind wir selbst, das sollte uns immer bewusst sein.<br><br>
