Hi,

as every year, I set up goals, that are tough to achieve, but still achievable. This I try to do in all aspects of life, from personal point of view, to business. One goal is, not to mix them up, as I tend not to mix up connections, friends, and networks. All goals can be split into small chunks and all are traceable. This is my structured way of achieving things.

As $HIVE is part of my life, I set up some targets for the chain also, which includes different projects. The targets can be seen in the image below, and will go through all of them. The percentage of fulfilment might be high, but this is because it is the absolute value of things, not the percentage between the starting point and the end goal. The targets need to be reached till December, as December is the busiest month from my point of view, with fewer work weeks, but well condensed, as most companies that I work with, end their fiscal year in December.

#### **HIVE**

If you want to operate on $HIVE, you need to have $HIVE Power. Managed to cross the 50k mark the last year and aim to add additional 5k $HIVE to the stash. I'm an advocate of removing the level 1 rewards and move to a more communities driven reward distribution, where Hive is needed for running the community, exchange of tokens, and powering up the chain.

#### The **LEO** stake.

The $LEO Power growth was amazing in 2023, from roughly, 8000 $LEO Power, to 45k+. Want to keep the growing trend, this time with a more conservative approach, as there are a lot of countermeasures for inflation. Printing will be wined down, and price needs to go up in the long run.

Just read @khaleelkazi post in [here,](https://inleo.io/@khaleelkazi/niqjmdeb#) to understand the changes coming in, with long term rewards, where the better your content is, the higher the chances to get rewarded passed the 7 days. This is a game changer, especially as it gets beyond the chain censorhip.

#### **BRO** and **LGN**

#### **SPI** 

$SPI is one of the tokens for long term holding. It is a project that pays weekly, with a high upwards potential, the market to buy them is very small and it seems that people are eager to invest higher sums in it.

#### **INDEX**

$INDEX is the brainchild of @ctp mastermind, @jongolson, which helped me a lot with the [Splinterlands](https://splinterlands.com?ref=victor-alexander) journey. It gives a nice amount of tokens each day, so I want to increase my exposure on those tokens.

#### **SPS [Splinterlands](https://splinterlands.com?ref=victor-alexander)** 

$SPS is the currency in [Splinterlands](https://splinterlands.com?ref=victor-alexander), beside the stable coin $DEC. It gives voting power in the DAO and increases the rewards earnings. 

I'm close to 200k and probably will pass this mark soon enough. Given the fact that I'm working the land and stake the SPS from Brawls and Fights, I think that the target can be reached.

#### **LENM** 

LENM, the miner token for the @liotes project, run by @ph1102 and @achim03 is growing nicely and steady only with the swap of LEN to LENM. It is a no-brainer to hold, as it pays out constantly, LEN. Another compounding project that grows enjoyable and steady. Follow them for more details. I also delegate some HP to @liotes.voter 
to get more LEN daily.

Reaching the above targets can be very challenging. I might do some shifts, if the economy changes. Also, this year plan is to take profits from every single project. This needs to be done, to have a safety net and also to enjoy the time with my family.
