- Paid campaigns on twitter, facebook, google, youtube to atract new users. Its just an imperative to growth. Im working on a twitter campaign (but free built by users only) 

- Rework on the key privileges. I have no problems on the system, but regular ussers dont like to learn new things. We should adapt, we want to be mainstream, not stay on the "under" 

- Change the limitation of days to earn on post.

- Validate real ussers with real names. We can create real votes over the blockchain and decide what is "the plan" 

- A collective goal, we are spread, we need to focus our efforts and organize as a big community.

You talk about not get payed with steem anymore wich is new and interesting. But steemit inc is just at sleep. 

_Is the SMT system working?_ Most of the tokens these days are working on __external blockchains right?__ (Future Token, Steemhunt, SPP all are working outside steem chain)

Instead of that i will start a real wich hunt to spammers. Today efforts are not enough to stop the drain of the reward pool. "Popular" ussers get obscene rewards by posting an image. 

If we want the freedom of having a descentralized system we have to be ready, and we are not.

The payment window on content of 7 days should be removed. This would encourage people to create better content as it will be able to earn rewards for longer.

- Der 7 Tage Reward Zeitraum muss abgeschafft werden. Grund: Hochwertige Post´s werden nicht ausreichend belohnt, da sie auch nach diesen 7 Tagen die Chain bereichern. Es muss Nutzern vom Basissystem ermöglicht werden älteren Content zu voten und Reward´s zu erhalten.
- Ressource Credit´s sind für neue Nutzer eine große Abschreckung, da sie nicht Posten oder an der Chain teilhaben können.

Yes, I totally agree with your statement that Steemit.com needs to be separated from the Steem reward pool. IMO the reward pool should be distributed to Steempowerholders, RC Markets, Witnesses and the Steem Development Fund. In this way Steem would be a real "infrastructure Token" which is valuable to hold for all Dapps developers, Users and Investors alike.
Steemit.com should become its own SMT project with its own Token and Steem would therefore function as a base currency and liquidity pool for the Steem Ecosystem.

I don't like the idea of making STEEM available only for witnesses. The blockchain needs content, and content creators should be rewarded with valuable tokens (Exclusivity will make the STEEM the most valuable). Curation is crucial, and curators need to be rewarded as well with STEEM, and the same goes to witnesses. Everybody should compete for their share of steem.

The 7 days window is childish, and it should be possible to allow voting several times, based on the RC budget. Maybe I like or I hate something so much, that I want to vote for it for several times. As an example, 10 votes of a 500SP user should be equal to one vote of a 5000SP user, just that the second will refresh faster the reserve of RC.
