Only by improving, one can move forward. After the workshop has finished we had a light dinner where discussions flourished. As politics is one of the favourite discussions topics of people, we couldn't avoid and landed there. I won't say what and why. --- One thing was a discussion silencer: What would you do if you would come into a situation that you think is totally wrong and unacceptable? Would you do it?
