stir-fried zucchini 🍭

**Stir-Fried Zucchini**

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into thin slices
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the zucchini slices and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil and cook for another minute.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot.

**炒小紫菜**

材料：
- 2个中等大小的小紫菜，切成薄片
- 2汤匙蔬菜油
- 2瓣大蒜，切碎
- 1茶匙新鲜磨碎的姜
- 1茶匙酱油
- 1茶匙麻油
- 适量盐和胡椒粉

做法：
1. 在一个大平底锅中加热油，温度调至中高火。
2. 加入小紫菜片，翻炒3-4分钟。
3. 加入大蒜、姜、酱油和麻油，翻炒1分钟。
4. 按口味调味，加入盐和胡椒粉。
5. 热起即可享用。
