<p><h3>ABSTRACT</h3></p>
<p>The development of information and communication technology in 2017, resulting in more users on computer network systems. This is the biggest reference for network administrators who are required to improve the management of the network system. Data traffic will be the biggest factor becomes very important in optimizing the management of a computer network system. Why is it called Traffic? because basically all the computer network system has a relationship with data traffic that every time working on one computer network to another computer.</p>
<p>The author of this article utilizes a method of <em>"Simple Network Management Protocol"</em> or better known as SNMP abbreviation. By utilizing this method, the author will be able to provide a mechanism to obtain all the information about the data traffic of a intranet network. So with this information, the authors can design an application that will be able to present a variety of data traffic into a web form. Where this application will generate a view of traffic data from the intranet network in detail, ranging from traffic data out and traffic data coming. Not only that, this application will also be equipped with several supporting applications namely PC Information and Remote Command.</p>
<p><h3>BACKGROUND</h3></p>
<p>With the development of information technology and computers in modern times as it is today, an administrator must be required to work professionally, reliably and also quickly in handling the responsibilities embedded. Because it could be a computer network system will one time be damaged in traffic data or infrastructure handled. On the other hand is not always an administrator in the office to constantly monitor and handle problems that may occur on a computer network data traffic.</p>
<p>Therefore this problem is the biggest factor that immediately handled well. Then how the solution? it is a question that may come to mind. The answer to that question is to utilize an application of data traffic monitoring on a computer network capable of monitoring all intranet network activity only through the web. So that later an administrator easily monitor everything wherever and whenever without having to be at the office.</p>
<p><h3>DESIGN SYSTEM</h3></p>
<p>In the design of this system has 3 important aspects of the Manager SNMP, Agent SNMP and MIB (Information Management Base). Preparation of system design will illustrate the interrelationship of each aspect as a component that develops an intranet network monitoring application that is accessed through a web browser. Look at figure 1 below.</p>

<p><strong>A. Block Diagram</strong></p>
<p>The following block diagram shows the system design to be created in the interaction of components that are components in the design of this system. Look at figure 2 below.</p>

<p><strong>C. Remote Command</strong></p>
<p>Remote command system as an additional support is very necessary to be a remote computer. This remote has been designed using telnet applications. And that's why this remote is command line based.</p>
<p><h3>SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION</h3></p>
<p>In implementing the system, this will apply the system design result using one of Borland Delphi7 programming language. The use of this programming language as a language that will make the machine can understand with the coding to be written. Note the picture below, from each picture shows the view of traffic menu, PC information menu, and remote command.</p>

<p><h3>TESTING SYSTEM</h3></p>
<p>This last stage is done as a condition of testing to prove that traffic monitoring applications can run smoothly from the overall features that exist in this application. To test it can be done by making a network topology design. Look at figures 7, 8, 9, and 10 below.</p>

<p>Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di tahun 2017 ini, mengakibatkan semakin banyaknya pengguna pada sistem jaringan komputer. Hal ini menjadi acuan terbesar bagi para administrator jaringan yang di tuntut untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan pada sistem jaringan tersebut. Traffic data yang menjadi faktor terbesar menjadi amat terpenting dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan terhadap suatu sistem jaringan komputer. Mengapa disebut sebagai Traffic? karena pada dasarnya semua sistem jaringan komputer memiliki keterkaitan dengan lalu lintas data yang tiap saatnya bekerja pada jaringan komputer satu ke komputer lainnya.</p>
<p>Penulis pada artikel ini memanfaatkan sebuah metode <em>"Simple Network Management Protocol" </em>atau lebih dikenal dengan singkatan <em>SNMP. </em>Dengan memanfaatkan metode ini, penulis nantinya dapat menghasilkan suatu mekanisme untuk mendapatkan segala informasi mengenai traffic data sebuah jaringan intranet. Sehingga dengan adanya informasi tersebut, maka penulis dapat mendesain sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya dapat menyajikan berbagai data traffic ke dalam bentuk web. Dimana aplikasi ini akan menghasilkan sebuah tampilan traffic data dari jaringan intranet secara detail, mulai dari traffic data yang keluar maupun traffic data yang masuk. Tak hanya itu, aplikasi ini juga akan dilengkapi dengan beberapa aplikasi pendukung yakni Informasi PC dan juga Remote Command.</p>
<p><h3>LATAR BELAKANG</h3></p>
<p>Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komputer pada masa modern seperti saat ini, seorang administrator pastinya dituntut untuk bekerja secara profesional, handal dan juga cepat dalam menangani tanggung jawab yang di emban. Karena bisa saja sistem jaringan komputer suatu saat akan mengalami kerusakan pada traffic data atau infrastruktur yang ditanganinya. Disisi lain tak selamanya seorang administrator berada di dalam kantor untuk selalu memonitoring dan menangani permasalahan yang bisa saja terjadi pada traffic data sebuah jaringan komputer.</p>
<p>Oleh karena itu permasalahan ini menjadi faktor terbesar agar segera dapat ditangani dengan baik. Lalu bagaimana solusinya? itu adalah pertanyaan yang mungkin saja terlintas dipikiran. Jawaban dari pertanyaan tersebut ialah dengan memanfaatkan suatu aplikasi monitoring traffic data pada jaringan komputer yang mampu memantau segala aktivitas jaringan intranet hanya melalui web. Sehingga nantinya seorang administrator dengan mudahnya memantau segalanya dimanapun dan kapanpun tanpa harus berada pada kantor.</p>
<p><h3>DESAIN SISTEM</h3></p>
<p>Pada desain sistem ini memiliki 3 aspek penting yaitu Manager SNMP, Agent SNMP dan MIB (Manajemen Information Base). Penyusunan desain sistem akan menggambarkan keterkaitan dari masing-masing aspek sebagai komponen yang menyusun aplikasi monitoring jaringan intranet yang di akses melalui web browser. Lihat pada gambar 1 di bawah ini.</p>

<p><strong>C. Remote Command</strong></p>
<p>Sistem remote command sebagai pendukung tambahan ini sangat perlu untuk dijadikan remote komputer. Remote ini telah di desain menggunakan aplikasi telnet. Dan itulah mengapa remote ini berbasis command line.</p>
<p><h3>IMPLEMENTSI SISTEM</h3></p>
<p>Di dalam melakukan implementasi sistem, ini akan menerapkan hasil desain sistem menggunakan salah satu bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi7. Penggunaan bahasa pemrograman ini sebagai bahasa yang akan membuat mesin dapat mengerti dengan coding yang akan ditulis. Perhatikan gambar di bawah ini, dari masing-masing gambar memperlihatkan tampilan menu traffic, menu informasi PC, dan remote command.</p>

<p><h3>PENGUJIAN SISTEM</h3></p>
<p>Tahap terakhir ini dilakukan sebagai syarat pengujian untuk membuktikan bahwa aplikasi monitoring traffic dapat berjalan dengan lancar dari keseluruhan fitur yang ada di dalam aplikasi ini. Untuk mengujinya dapat dilakukan dengan cara membuat sebuah desain topologi jaringan. Lihat pada gambar 7, 8, 9, dan 10 di bawah ini.</p>
