Hola mi gente linda y hermosa de esta gran comunidad de #foodies, espero que se encuentren bien en el nombre de Dios.

Me alegra volver a decir presente en el Tercer Concurso de Foodies propuesto por nuestra querida amiga @sirenahippie.

Te cuento que me tomó un tiempo participar porque no podía decidir con qué bebida participar, hasta que me decidí por este delicioso y cremoso ponche de crema ya que la temporada navideña está a la vuelta de la esquina, porque la Navidad sin ponche no es Navidad😉.

Les cuento que este es mi primer ponche de crema ya que las expertas que lo hacían para la familia por parte de mi esposo era su abuela que murió hace 4 años y por parte de mi familia lo hacia una prima que emigró del país para darle un mejor futuro a sus hijos hace 6 años, pero a apesar que eran diferentes recetas ambos eran y son deliciosos.

Hoy les traigo la receta de la abuela, que no es la tradicional de mi país Venezuela, pero es la tradicional familiar ya que mi cuñada es la que ha mantenido la tradición de la abuela pero este año los sorprenderé yo con ella.

Aquí la receta es un poco compleja ya que tenemos que hacerla de un día para otro, así que en las imágenes tengo diferentes ropa😉.

Comencemos manos a la obra.

Para la primera parte de este ponche de crema vamos a necesitar.

150 grs de Flan a granel
1 litro de leche.

Colocamos una olla a fuego lento en la cocina y añadimos el litro de leche seguido del flan y mezclamos hasta integrar ambos.

Seguimos revolviendo constantemente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

Lo dejamos reposar y lo añadimos en un bol de vidrio y lo llevamos a la nevera a refrigerar para que cuaje de 12 a 16 horas.

Pasadas las horas el flan está listo, los ingredientes que necesitaremos en esta segunda parte para terminar nuestro ponche de crema son.

1 lata de leche condensada 397grs
1 taza de ron
Un toque de vainilla.

Ponemos el flan en la licuadora, luego le agregamos la leche condensada y un toque de vainilla y finalmente agregamos el ron y lo empacamos en una botella de vidrio y lo dejamos en el refrigerador por lo menos una semana para que macere.

Les doy un dato importante, es que cuantos más días macerado es mejor, porque la bebida tiene más tiempo para concentrar los sabores y el licor, y el ponche de crema tome cuerpo, así que no te apresures a tomarla el mismo día que lo preparas, ten paciencia y espera. para lo mejor😉.

Hello my beautiful and beautiful people from this great #foodies community, I hope you are doing well in the name of God.

I am happy to be present again at the Third Foodies Contest proposed by our dear friend @sirenahippie.

I tell you that it took me a while to participate because I couldn't decide which drink to participate with, until I decided on this delicious and creamy cream punch since the Christmas season is just around the corner, because Christmas without punch is not Christmas 😉.

I tell you that this is my first cream punch since the experts who made it for the family on my husband's part was his grandmother who died 4 years ago and on my family's part, a cousin who emigrated from the country to give him a better future for their children 6 years ago, but despite the fact that they were different recipes, both were and are delicious.

Today I bring you the grandmother's recipe, which is not the traditional one from my country Venezuela, but it is the traditional family one since my sister-in-law is the one who has maintained the grandmother's tradition but this year I will surprise you with her.

Here the recipe is a bit complex since we have to make it from one day to the next, so in the images I have different clothes😉.

Let's get to work.

For the first part of this cream punch we are going to need.

150 grs of Flan in bulk
1 liter of milk.

We place a pot over low heat in the kitchen and add the liter of milk followed by the flan and mix until both are integrated.

We keep stirring constantly until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.

We let it rest and add it in a glass bowl and put it in the fridge to refrigerate so that it sets for 12 to 16 hours.

After the hours the flan is ready, the ingredients that we will need in this second part to finish our cream punch are.

1 can of condensed milk 397grs
1 cup rum
A touch of vanilla.

We put the flan in the blender, then we add the condensed milk and a touch of vanilla and finally we add the rum and pack it in a glass bottle and leave it in the refrigerator for at least a week to macerate.

I give you an important fact, is that the more days macerated the better, because the drink has more time to concentrate the flavors and the liquor, and the cream punch takes shape, so do not rush to take it the same day you prepare it. , be patient and wait. for the best😉.
